Çok iyi yönetilen modern mimarili bir otel. Çalışanları kurumsal bir eğitimden geçmiş, güler yüzlü ve kaliteli hizmet veren bir ekip. Odalar çok geniş, ferah ve tertemiz; yataklar ve diğer döşemeleri çok kaliteli. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitler çok yeterli. Otel sahibi olan bay ve bayan aramızda yaşıyor ve misafirler ile sürekli iletişimde kalarak, hizmet kalitesini ve müşteri memnuniyetini gözlemliyorlar. Kayak odası aydınlık ve kullanışlı. Kalite ve hizmet arıyorsanız, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Yılbaşı için 4 kişilik bir grup olarak tercih ettik. Yılbaşı gecesi için yer planlaması otel tarafından ayarlanacağı söylenmişti. Teyit etmek için defalarca sormamıza rağmen ayarlanamadı, bizim de dahil olduğumuz birçok kişi bir süre ayakta kaldı; tam bir fiyaskoydu. Restoranda yeterli sayıda çalışan yoktu, tabağa yemek almak için uzun kuyruklar oluşuyordu, bir omlet almak için ortalama 30 dk bekleniyordu. Lobideki gürültü direkt odaların içindeydi, oteldeki herkes yatmadan sizin de uyumanız imkansız. Fakat çalışanlar tüm sorunlara rağmen yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Otel odaları da temizdi. Otelin pistlere yakınlığı iyi fakat yeterli kar olmaması nedeniyle çok keyif alamadık. Ayrıca pistlerin ezilmemesi büyük bir eksiydi. Sarıkamış’a bir daha gelir miyim bilmiyorum ama gelirsem bu oteli tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Soğuk memleketin sıcak oteli ve sıcak kanlı insanları. Her sene ailecek kış tatili yapmayı seviyoruz bu sezon habitat oteli tercih ettik daha önce konaklayan arkadaşlarımız önerdi otel gerçekten güzel aşırı temiz personel güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Otel sahipleri çok misafir perver personel yine öyle resepsiyon çalışanı Doğan beyin ilgisi ve yardımları için teşekkür ederiz keza Ahmet bey Ayşe hanıma ilgi ve alakaları için teşekkür ederiz. Hilal hanım İlhan bey Ayten hanım ve daha ismini yazamadığım güler yüzlü samimi doğal insanların olduğu bir otel herşey çok güzel ve kaliteli bir hizmete sahipler kesinlikle tavsiye ederim çok memnun kalacaksınız.

If you're seeking for an environment full of winter sports and spa with delicious cousine, Habitat Hotel is the right spot. We would have a nice winter stay in a cozy and warm family environment. Fireplace with friendly people is definitely extra, best in Sarıkamış.

Arkadaşımın tavsiyesi üzerine keşfettiğim habitat oteli bu sene ikinci kez ziyaret ettim. Ve her seferinde güler yüz çözümcü yaklaşım ile karşılanarak her kış tatilimde tavsiye edeceğim yer oldu. Habitat ailesi bünyesinde bulunan Baran Beye ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum günümüzde insiyatif alarak görevinden daha fazlasını üstlenen insan bulmak zor kendisine başarılar diliyorum.

ilk kez Sarıkamış'a gittik. Bir arkadaşımın tavsiyesiyle Habitat Hoteli tercih ettik. İşlerini severek yaptıkları her haliyle belli olan bütün çalışanların içten ilgisi, ev yemeği tadındaki yemekleri( etleri biraz sert olan tas kebabı dışında) ve kendi evinde misafir ağırlama havasındaki otel sahiplerinin varlığı ile çok memnun kaldık. teşekkür ederiz. Hava ve pistler mükemmeldi....

Liked: great authentic experience. Very close to all the dining options.
Did not like: You need to walk up steep stairs to get to the hotel and leave your car on the roads. Breakfast is disappointing.
