A very luxury hotel with respectable stuff and especially MR FARHAT at the reception , clean and fully equiped hotel with hygene levels . Breakfast is delicious with big variety .

The location was a very good.
The room was spacious but the furniture was old and the toilet need serious maintenance. I will not come and stay there again.

Although hotel check-in is at 14:00, we could only get into our room at 15:30. There are no towels in the banya, we are 2 people, they left 1 towel. Then we asked for it 2 times and it only came the third time. The pillows to sleep on in the room are so old that it is difficult to sleep even with two pillows. Shower gel and soap dispenser were missing or used in the bathroom and were not completed. What more can I say, I know the state it was in when it first opened, it's gone and a completely different hotel has replaced it, there is no maintenance, even the windows have never been cleaned. I definitely do not recommend it. I hope it will be a more well-maintained hotel from now on.
