I was in a hurry to come to Yeosu for business trips, so I was looking for a good value for money hotel, but this is just in my eyes. (Referring to the motel, I don't like it, so γ

) I didn't expect much because I made a reservation in a hurry. (the picture and the real thing are a little different ^ ^) But when I came in, it was the same because it was just built. It's clean and has all the amenities you need. (No toothbrush. Refrain from using disposable items for the environment and bring them with you ^^) Anyway, I slept well. If you need a business trip, it would be nice to use it here as well as clean and convenient.

This was a decent hotel. The room was large. The bed at this hotel was hard and uncomfortable. The view is nice over a harbor. There was no breakfast included. It is walking distance to the Dolson Bridge if you can walk 10-15 minutes. There is a convenience store across the street. I thought that is was overpriced compared to the hotels that I stayed at in several other cities. Overall the hotel was good not great. The bed was not good. You have to walk far or take a taxi to major attractions.

We stayed in the Hotel at the Ocean Resort on 9 Nov (Sat) in room 1003. We had a choked toilet bowl at 9.50pm, called the front desk to get help from housekeeping. Without the ability to communicate properly in English to the Korean speaking staff, we hoped for the best... At 10pm, A young gentleman from housekeeping came and took a look at the situation. He told us in Korean and hand signals to give him 10 mins. He came back exactly 10 mins later with a toilet bowl hand pump, pumped it three times and cleared the choke. He flushed it twice to check that itβs all working well, and asked if there is anything else that we needed his help. We said thank you to him and he gave us a 90 degree bow before he left. This short but swift response from housekeeping to resolve the problem at hand promptly is an excellent demonstration of the positive service standard that we experienced. A pity that we did not manage to take down the name of this staff, but would like to give compliments to him and congratulate the management of the hotel for having such a wonderful employee who took his work seriously and did it well. Thanks for the positive experience in staying in the hotel at The Ocean Resort!

It's okay for families to rest like Daemyung Condo.
It was nice to have no dazzling, rustic atmosphere and simple. However, as I saw in other reviews, I also saw dust and hair on the corner of the bathroom.
And the dryer was installed in the bathroom, but the line was too short, so it was a little hard to use.
I booked it on Trip.com with Ha Beach.
The map of Kakao and the building are written as sea floors, so when I went to the sea floor hotel and asked, it was changed to sea floor this month (2023.05).
Bedding and facilities are all written in Hai Beach.
I used it on Sundays and Mondays and booked in advance.
When I saw the desk on the first floor that evening, I couldn't get a reservation anymore. The price comparison facilities are good, so I think I use it a lot.
There are many motels around, such as unintel.

AAnonymous UserGreat value on low price. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and neat. Has nice lounge, kitchen and laundry machine on 3rd floor. And rooftop area which has really enjoyable view.
And location is right infront of expo, and it is quite easy to get to main travel spots in yeosu.
Things to note.
1. The 15,000οΏ¦ option is for nae-il-ro (korail train pass) users only #and breakfast is included, not like the trip.com shows. And this discount is available to use only for one day in each region. So you have to pay addtional fee if you stay more than two nights.
2. There is a public bike service that yeosu-si offers
'μ¬μλ' you can take bike near this guesthouse and throughout yeosu. And the fee is 1,000οΏ¦ a day.
I really recomment to take bike and ride around shorelines and odongdo (which has a really nice to stroll, and is close to guesthouse)

WWaiganjo KariukiIf everyday was a holiday, I would choose this place over and over again, it was my first in Yeosu and the host made it so comfortable and easy for us, Always available, Understanding and ready to assist. There restaurants around, convenient store just a 100meters away. Angel Mural Village, Dolsan Cable Car and Dolsan Park are less than 30mins away by bus and less than 10minutes aways by taxi. Not forgetting the art museum and the Yeosu Expo. Satisfaction at its best 100% recommendable.

GGuest UserOffer perfect location for morning sunrise and close to Hyangilam. The house owner is super friendly, I traveled by bus so she even helped me check the bus schedule. If you travel by bus and schedule to get there in the evening, better to go early cause no bus getting there maybe after 8pm even if you take bus from the downtown and the chance of getting a taxi that time also low (I got luck that a very nice driver accept my taxi request, Iβm so grateful). If you travel by car then nothing to worry about

μμμ΄λ³΄μ¬νκ°The hotel is close to the Dolsan Park Cable Car. If you travel by car, you may feel comfortable, but it may be a bit uncomfortable for travelers. The clean interior and facilities are very satisfactory. In the kitchen, you can use all kinds of utensils, pots, knives and tableware, as well as microwave ovens, microwave ovens and rice cookers. The room is large and the spa bath is located on the terrace, where you can enjoy a half bath while looking out at the sea. I like the hotel itself, the owner is very kind, so it's nice. As far as floor noise is concerned, it is not the sound of walking, but the sound of running. The accommodation was perfect, but the guests upstairs could not sleep at night. Well, this is not a question of accommodation. You canβt check if the customer doesnβt care.

the room was great too but just have in mind that it's not a premium hotel! for the price it is amazing but it does look worn out in some corners.

They provide plenty of amenities in case you forget something and the front desk was polite. Okay for the price. Close to Yeosu Expo Station so itβs convenient to go to the popular places in Yeosu.

- the bathroom is fine (although you have to wait very long the hot water, when it is there, it's OK!)

Our room had no best view or the best entrance of light; we have learned, unfortunately, to do with because for a month we have traveled to Korea, only once we have had a real window ...it is therefore recurrent here βΉοΈ
Noise is not top but βbetterβ than elsewhere.
Sorry that there is no office and two chairs, but room space would allow it without problem, we missed this
In conclusion, the price-quality ratio is excellent and, to be already elsewhere and much less for twice as much, we already regret this hotel!

JJustinThis place was great! If you're looking for a getaway from how busy Korea is, this is the ideal place.
Secluded, and competively priced, the pension itself is beautiful with an even better view. When we came in, the pension itself was perfectly clean, and the kitchen was completely stocked with pots and pans and all utensils needed. If you would like to barbeque outdoors, the staff can be contacted and they will bring you one for β©20,000.
The staff was incredibly courteous, and was very non intrusive during our stay.
If I was looking to come back down to the area, there's no other place I would stay.
