Hotels near Jeoggeumdo, Yeosu

We stayed in the Hotel at the Ocean Resort on 9 Nov (Sat) in room 1003. We had a choked toilet bowl at 9.50pm, called the front desk to get help from housekeeping. Without the ability to communicate properly in English to the Korean speaking staff, we hoped for the best... At 10pm, A young gentleman from housekeeping came and took a look at the situation. He told us in Korean and hand signals to give him 10 mins. He came back exactly 10 mins later with a toilet bowl hand pump, pumped it three times and cleared the choke. He flushed it twice to check that it’s all working well, and asked if there is anything else that we needed his help. We said thank you to him and he gave us a 90 degree bow before he left. This short but swift response from housekeeping to resolve the problem at hand promptly is an excellent demonstration of the positive service standard that we experienced. A pity that we did not manage to take down the name of this staff, but would like to give compliments to him and congratulate the management of the hotel for having such a wonderful employee who took his work seriously and did it well. I don't often leave reviews like this because it's annoying, but this is a very satisfactory business hotel. A day before my business trip... I made a hasty reservation and didn't have high expectations, but it was so great for the price that I can't fault it. Location, amenities, accessibility, cleanliness and hygiene, the bedding is very clean and doesn't smell like bleach. The bedding was luxurious and there was no hair :) It was very cozy. Unlimited draft beer in the lounge until 24 hours is also a huge hit! Instead of selling snacks separately, you can prepare them yourself! I read a book in the convenience facility on the second floor, lay down on the comfortable sofa, and fell asleep for 3 hours without even realizing it. I was so tired because I was on a business trip, so I fell asleep on the sofa. The scissors were pressed, but I do that so often haha. I would highly recommend it to people traveling to Yeosu. They say accommodation is unconditional. I hope you prosper!

The housekeeping staff are foreigners, so it seems that communication is not good. I checked in and was assigned a room that was not completed.. It was absurd. I stayed for 2 nights and I was out two days in the morning, and I was making time at the front desk. I went out to ask you to do it now, but I came in the afternoon, It's just opened, so it's clean, but the cleaning is meticulous. No. The pool was not operated. It's under construction next to the hotel, so it's noise from 7 a.m. I wake up ㅎㅎ The rooms were relatively spacious and the view was good. I'm sorry!

Resotel seeks convenience, because even if the price is slightly more expensive, you can cook by yourself. However, most rooms have a shared kitchen. The chef doesn't even have a table. Also, there are two food counters This is a fake resort with only shapes. Even if the food is cooked, it must be moved to another level

The room was spacious and the food at the rooftop restaurant was simple but delicious. The staff was friendly and the view was great. I will definitely come next time.

It is located a bit far from the main crowded area. If you have a car or can use taxi, then it wouldn’t be a big issue but cannot walk to tourist attractions from here. Service was good and the hotel has its own pool, convenience store and cafe. The view from room is amazing!

It's a great hotel as a traveler. Overall very clean and staff are friendly. Room view is good. Overall, it is not stuffy because it is a panoramic view. The location is also good. It's a seven-minute walk from Yeosu Expo Station. There are several restaurants nearby, and the hop-on hop-off bus, which can be toured in the city, departs from the Expo Station. I didn't need a rental car for three days. I'm going to tie it here when I come back. I'm going to stay at this hotel again when I come to Yeosu.

A staycation that my wife has been talking about constantly. I went there with my baby. The biggest reason I chose this hotel was because it was a recently opened hotel and so I could use the swimming pool with my baby. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and everything was satisfactory. The swimming pool was nice because it had a children's pool (40cm), and the middle pool was even better because it had warm water. However, the cost of the swimming pool is too expensive. It's a bit disappointing that the cost is high depending on the number of guests staying. I ate enough breakfast to last an hour. ^^

Advantages : 1) Walking distance from Yeosu Expo Station 2) Odongdo Island is within walking distance, convenient to the aquarium and other tourist attractions. 3) You can get there in 10 minutes by taking a taxi or bus number 2 to Yi Sun-sin Square. 4) The refrigerator is very large and comfortable, and the ocean view is really nice. 5) Good price if you use it at a special price disadvantage 1) Is it a problem with the person cleaning the room? There is a strong smell in the bathroom. 2) The towels are old and look like they need to be replaced overall based on the image. 3) If you go at check-in time, there are a lot of people in the small lobby. You put your phone number on the pad and wait, but there are too few places to sit and there are so many people that it feels like a market place. 4) I was so embarrassed when I tried to complain that I didn't take a picture, but when I came back after leaving the room to be cleaned, there was a lot of hair stuck to the soap. They didn't replace it with a new soap, and my family only washes their hands carefully. What did they do to get the hair in the soap? I wonder if there was a lot of this stuck... I was embarrassed and just washed it with water and soap and used it, but my mother kept saying something about it. I was so embarrassed at the time that I couldn't even take a picture, so I couldn't complain. The cleaning person seemed to be a foreigner and needed training. 5) Lack of luggage storage service ＞ Only electronic lockers can be used for a fee, which is disappointing if you are not a tourist who will leave right away. It is a hotel with a really great location and facilities for the price, but there were a few things that needed improvement, and since these are areas that can be improved without a lot of cost, it seems like it would be much more comfortable if improved.
