I don't often leave reviews like this because it's annoying, but this is a very satisfactory business hotel. A day before my business trip... I made a hasty reservation and didn't have high expectations, but it was so great for the price that I can't fault it. Location, amenities, accessibility, cleanliness and hygiene, the bedding is very clean and doesn't smell like bleach. The bedding was luxurious and there was no hair :) It was very cozy. Unlimited draft beer in the lounge until 24 hours is also a huge hit! Instead of selling snacks separately, you can prepare them yourself! I read a book in the convenience facility on the second floor, lay down on the comfortable sofa, and fell asleep for 3 hours without even realizing it. I was so tired because I was on a business trip, so I fell asleep on the sofa. The scissors were pressed, but I do that so often haha. I would highly recommend it to people traveling to Yeosu. They say accommodation is unconditional. I hope you prosper!

I couldn't sleep because of the strange rattling sound all night long. It made noise all night long until 8 o'clock. There was no sound for a while around 8 o'clock, and then it started again... It's room 303. I don't know about the other rooms. Maybe because I got it for a cheap price through a website, but I feel bad because I feel like I was given a room that really doesn't go out. I have to drive for 6 hours and I can't sleep, so it's a big problem...

A staycation that my wife has been talking about constantly. I went there with my baby. The biggest reason I chose this hotel was because it was a recently opened hotel and so I could use the swimming pool with my baby. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and everything was satisfactory. The swimming pool was nice because it had a children's pool (40cm), and the middle pool was even better because it had warm water. However, the cost of the swimming pool is too expensive. It's a bit disappointing that the cost is high depending on the number of guests staying. I ate enough breakfast to last an hour. ^^

They didn't replace it with a new soap, and my family only washes their hands carefully. What did they do to get the hair in the soap? I wonder if there was a lot of this stuck... I was embarrassed and just washed it with water and soap and used it, but my mother kept saying something about it. I was so embarrassed at the time that I couldn't even take a picture, so I couldn't complain. The cleaning person seemed to be a foreigner and needed training. 5) Lack of luggage storage service ＞ Only electronic lockers can be used for a fee, which is disappointing if you are not a tourist who will leave right away. It is a hotel with a really great location and facilities for the price, but there were a few things that needed improvement, and since these are areas that can be improved without a lot of cost, it seems like it would be much more comfortable if improved.

The location is good, the facilities are clean, the staff are friendly, and it feels like a really nice place. I stayed at Sono Calm before, and it is a much better value hotel.

It's a great hotel as a traveler. Overall very clean and staff are friendly. Room view is good. Overall, it is not stuffy because it is a panoramic view. The location is also good. It's a seven-minute walk from Yeosu Expo Station. There are several restaurants nearby, and the hop-on hop-off bus, which can be toured in the city, departs from the Expo Station. I didn't need a rental car for three days. I'm going to tie it here when I come back. I'm going to stay at this hotel again when I come to Yeosu.

We stayed in the Hotel at the Ocean Resort on 9 Nov (Sat) in room 1003. We had a choked toilet bowl at 9.50pm, called the front desk to get help from housekeeping. Without the ability to communicate properly in English to the Korean speaking staff, we hoped for the best... At 10pm, A young gentleman from housekeeping came and took a look at the situation. He told us in Korean and hand signals to give him 10 mins. He came back exactly 10 mins later with a toilet bowl hand pump, pumped it three times and cleared the choke. He flushed it twice to check that it’s all working well, and asked if there is anything else that we needed his help. We said thank you to him and he gave us a 90 degree bow before he left. This short but swift response from housekeeping to resolve the problem at hand promptly is an excellent demonstration of the positive service standard that we experienced. A pity that we did not manage to take down the name of this staff, but would like to give compliments to him and congratulate the management of the hotel for having such a wonderful employee who took his work seriously and did it well. It was the same as the picture. Just the duplex is a bit low, so be careful not to hit your head. It was a new building, so it smelled a little like a new house, and there was a turtle boat park around, so it was perfect for morning exercise.
