Few times have I been so disappointed by a hotel. The structure is inside a parking lot. All rooms are underground. The bathroom smells awful. The receptionist does not speak good english and Is quite rude. I recommend you give a look at the room before you pay (in my case, the guy asked to pay the very same moment I entered the reception, guess why).

Отвратительный отель с ужасным хамским персоналом. Не приняли семью беженцев ЗА ОПЛАТУ- обосновывая это тем,что они устроят бардак. АМОТ! Такие только позорят страну! Я турагент и никогда никому из своих клиентов не посоветую данный отель

Both of the blankets had a lot of hair on them when we checked in. Gave them back to clean and they only returned 1 back and took the other. Been sleeping with thin sheets the entire time. You do get what you pay for sadly.

Chambre réservée sur Booking, non annulable, réservation confirmée. Je reçois la veille de l arrivée un message me prévenant que la chambre n est pas disponible et me demandant d annuler! alors que c est l hôtel qui annule ! Ça ressemble à une manœuvre vis à vis de Booking.....un autre client était peut être prêt à payer plus cher???? J ai du trouver un autre hôtel et il était plus cher......

Cet hôtel nous a annulé une réservation au dernier moment. Sans nous proposer une solution de rechange. Pourtant la réservation été confirmée. C'est inadmissible et cela nous a fait faire des dépenses en plus. Je déconseille donc fortement cet hôtel qui ne devrait pas être disponible sur les centrales de reservation
