The room temperature didn't rise. I told the front desk the next morning and they said they would have someone check it out. When I returned to the room that night, it didn't change. It was always at 20 degrees. The air conditioner could only reach 22 degrees all night. I told the front desk that night and they asked the manager to bring a heater, but they didn't bring it. This is a big problem

The staff is nice. The location is good. The room is clean. It basically meets expectations.

The environment is very clean and the location is great. There is a cafe downstairs. The front desk was friendly and very helpful.

New hotel and half of the functions do not work. The maids are tactless. The staff is polite, but their smiles are of little use. Issues are not resolved. The hotel is definitely not worth the money. The price is higher than competitors. The only positive thing is the location

We were surprised with great location 🙏amazing building and very warm welcome. Everything is new, beautifully and tastefully done. Rooms were cozy and very clean, with great bed, big tv and nice view. Spa was amazing, after cold day in the city it was like cherry on top. Breakfast and dinner was superb. Special compliments to the chef, steak was melting on the fork🥩 Hotel staff was amazing super attentive, smiley and friendly. We were held as royalty 👑 We are very, very pleased with total experience. I also want to mention the city itself, heavy with the Christmas decorations, hotels, shops, restaurants, streets, Parks and squares. Great scenery and festivity everywhere. Best time to visit Erevan. Thank you Courtyard Marriott Erevan we will be back soon 🙏

A great hotel, new, perfect location . Most importantly the staff are just superb. The front desk team specially Van, Ani and Tate are so helpful and so dedicated to their job and good at it. Valeria and Tharun at the lobby bar were so welcoming. Overall a great hotel

Great service great stuff specially Tharun nice evening food is great and service the place food is delicious i had my dinner best burger i had ever eat before thank you for the service and the time. Appreciate it really keep it up and deliver it

It's a very cool place to get a taste of international Yerevan. Make sure to attend the special nights and try the cocktails as you won't be disappointed. The staff is very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. You can also make your own cocktail.

The waiter didn’t speak armenian. Also smoking cigarettes was prohibited on the outdoor cafe. There were only us and a very windy day. Not recommended since the personnel isn’t trying to walk an extra mile for our convinience. Try any other cafe nearby.

I have stayed at this hotel now 4 times. It is honestly like home from home. It’s a brand new hotel in the Center of Yerevan, it’s clean, modern and extremely welcoming. The staff all remember you by name and cannot do enough to make your stay extraordinary. From the moment you meet Van and the rest of the reception team, to the bar staff of Davit, Valeria, the F&B director Dimitri and the GM Tomas, what ever position in the hotel the staff are consistent and super friendly. I can quite honestly same they really make it home from fine. Well done to the whole team at Marriott courtyard.

Mark is an excellent server who provides great service with a friendly attitude. The coffee here is always delicious, and I love coming back for both the great atmosphere and Mark’s exceptional service. Highly recommend! Again thank you!
