Simple room but nice location, nice breakfast and nice staff! Enjoyed the stay here.

The hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.

Great experience with Europe hotel. I will back to this hotel if I have another chance to get in Armenia this beautiful country.

Excellent service and food

The staff was super friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfy. The only minus was I didn’t find toothbrush in the bathroom.

The hotel does not provide drinking water, and does not provide any toiletries other than soap, shampoo, and shower gel, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, and even slippers. The cover is not the hotel, the real hotel photos are as follows, the room can only be said to be makeshift, standard old and small. In short, I have to change the hotel next time. It is helpless to not have slippers and toothbrushes.

Fortunately, I was upgraded to a suite. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and patient in answering questions. There is also a travel service, which allows one-day tours to many famous surrounding attractions. The price is very favorable, and they will surprise us by adding a few more attractions. All the service staff here are very enthusiastic and I will come again.

Great location. Quality service, friendliness. The room has everything you need (refrigerator, safe, telephone, shampoo, shower gel, kettle, bottled water. Arrived late at night - checked in immediately.

Excellent hotel with a convenient location in the center. Booked as a transit hotel, but we were able to walk around the city. Quite comfortable accommodation, everyone is friendly. No complaints about the staff. Good breakfast, varied, tasty, convenient time, even managed to eat before the excursion. Thank you
