The best hotel in Yerevan in terms of price and quality. Very polite stuff and clean rooms. Cool swimming pool.

The hotel is rather far away from the city centre. Most of the facilities need to be refreshed. It seemed overpriced for the quality.

We were with our family, not the first time we book chain hotels through a booking service, we stated that our child is 10 years old, the service set a price, but the hotel asked us to pay extra for a folding bed for the child, the first time we encountered this, if we book a room for three, then not a single hotel assumes that a 10-year-old child 150 cm tall will sleep with us in the same bed, and there were no such problems in Turkey, Dubai, Egypt or Russia. The rooms are dusty, old carpet, bed linen is half white, half yellow, either from old age, or something happened to it. There was a long check-in, about 25 minutes, they said something about reserved rooms, although there are a lot of them on Booking, we spent a long time looking for a room, when you get off the plane it is really exhausting. Everything is delicious in the cafe except the steak, I didn’t like it, it turned out to be rubbery. Pros: location, cascade, park, observation decks on Ararat nearby, good cafes to eat and in the evening you can entertain your child in the park Good spa with indoor pool, the pool is very large, there is a large jacuzzi, an interesting option to lie on sun loungers outside with a view of the park

The room is large and clean. The service is good. Breakfast can be eaten in the garden.

Good hotel. The location is not very convenient, located on the mountain, there are no shops nearby. The room is cozy, clean, but very thin walls, and high audibility. The mattress is too hard in our opinion. Spa, the pool is one of the best in our memory, the pool is warm and pleasant in autumn.

The service is good, will help with parking, the bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning is also very good, it is very warm in winter

Reception and check in : very smooth. No place to sit / wait around the reception, which meant we had to keep standing until checkin is complete- this is a first time experience for me in a 4-5 star hotel chain globally. Rooms: Great Superb room ambience and furniture, comfortable bedding, tv connects to Netflix, YouTube etc. Room Service: Very good - exceptional cleaning and service. Breakfast Restaurant food and staff: Very Poor Despite our request to ensure vegetarian food for breakfast there was no hot vegetarian breakfast, limited salads were veg nor were their breads without eggs available. We were informed by the staff that only a veg tea cake was available. We found two of their badlie staff at the restaurant quite rude and this is the first time I experienced a chain like Radisson’s where the chef and staff explicitly declined even cooking us a vegetarian sandwich.. this is extremely disappointing and yes did ruin our stay. The steps to pick main course breakfast was a hazard risk with wires dangling before the steps which could result in people tripping.. something that was totally ignored by the place. The restaurant experience and the staff is the reason for my rating at 3/5 instead of 5/5.

Everything in the hotel was excellent, but the price of breakfast was a little high compared to the price of the hotel

The hotel is comfortable and facilities/equipment that I used worked without problem. But during my stay there was loud, thumping music coming from somewhere - I suspect from the roof level restaurant - from around 1900 until later than 2300. The noise was loud enough to disturb sleep - I was there for work with early starts and this really spoiled the stay for me. Breakfast was the broad selection that is to be expected at this brand of hotel, and was a nice start to the day….but beware of the coffee which was indistinguishable from dishwater while I was there!

The hotel claims that it is 5 star hotel but I have been in 5 star hotels and this one is not up to that standard at all, the rooms are not clean, things left from previous guests found in the rooms, the housekeeping is very late in the day, the servers and waiters are not helpful at all, they give the menu and they will disappear you will wait for long time for them to take your order or even they will not come at all we left the restaurant without food. By The way the location of the hotel is not convenient it is far from the center of the city you have to take a taxi which cost spending more money. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a good hotel, with good beds and facilities. However the fact that he room temperature was 27.5 degrees (in April 20024) ruined the whole experience. Nothing was done to make the air-conditioning work and another chamber was also not offered. Even with the windows open it was hard to sleep. For a hotel of this type this is unacceptable. Without this issue I would have given a 8 for the hotel.
