位置很好，機場打車十公里左右。步行到共和國廣場五分鐘
房間寬敞 乾淨 早餐也算豐富
他家一些房間也經營青旅，餐廳前台等公共區域是一起的，還挺有生活氣息的，也會見到一些國內遊客

Отель хороший. Останавливались на одну ночь. Находится в самом центре. Завтраки нормальные. В номере чисто, хоть и без особых излишеств. Персонал очень гостеприимный, заселили раньше времени.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Reasonableprice. Great breakfast. We booked the apartment on the top floor. It has everything even a washing machine. And 2 balconies with views. OUTSTANDING

Отель находится в тихом переулке в самом центре Еревана, в пешей доступности от достопримечательностей, метро и супермаркетов.
Из минусов:
В нашем номере оторвался сифон от ванной и вода начала выливаться на пол.
Двери шкафа сильно заедали.
Нас переселили в номер выше классом (за одну ночь пришлось доплатить, остальные были комплиментом).
Лифт не работает без магнитного ключа. Очень неудобно, поскольку он один на номер.
В остальном все хорошо. Завтрак - шведский стол: много свежих овощей, сыр, мясная нарезка, яйца (омлет, вкрутую и глазунья), гарнир, выпечка, варенье, творог, кофе, чай, вода.
В целом отель хороший,

區位非常好，步行8分鐘可達共和廣場，20多分鐘到大階梯/藍色清真寺/kilikiabusstation，緊鄰中央公園。開窗就能看見亞拉臘神山。
酒店大門不顯眼，所以立了好多國旗，有專人引導。
大堂和餐廳在七樓，早點包容性強，適合各國客人享用，不油不鹹不怪異，清爽可口。
房間裏有全套廚具（鍋碗杯盤刀叉…熱水壺微波爐電磁爐冰箱水池，超市買半成品加工很方便。
基於環保的衞生清理也很合理。
會再次選擇入住。
