The worst service I ever met! Especially in the pool and spa area! Seems like you are on a city streets, and you are “a white guy among black guys”! Shame!!! Horrible!!! Not recommended pay a cent! Certainly choose another place to “make your time” !!!

We paid 7,000 dram per adult on a Monday, with the receptionist assuring us that this included access to the jacuzzi. However, when we reached the pool area, we discovered that the jacuzzi wasn't available, as they don’t offer it on Mondays. To make matters worse, we were only allowed to use the family pool, with the slides being accessible for just half an hour every two hours. Additionally, this price did not include access to the large pool, outdoor pool, or sauna.

I really loved Aquatek. I always took a yearly subscription. Haven't been there for a long time. Visited with my family. hair everywhere. A napkin was floating in the pool. They asked the staff three times to clean it. Only the napkin was taken out of the water. It was disgusting to stay any longer. Prices have skyrocketed unreasonably. 8000 for 1 adult - only a family pool that reaches to the chest and a sauna. And the pipes open only at 15.30 for half an hour. Very unhappy!

To say disgusting is to say nothing. Never visit this vile place. There are no staff here, just a rabble of illiterate people who don’t know how to treat visitors. Just a couple of days ago, the staff (if you can call it that) simply refused to let in 8 children with disabilities.

I visited the pool for the first time with children and was very disappointed with the security staff. They were very aggressive and disrespectful. They ruined our vacation, and due to the fact that there was a lot of chlorine in the pool, redness appeared in the eyes. Be attentive to your employees and do not add too much chlorine.

At first, she told us that all pool services cost AMD 8000, but then it turns out that all pools cost 12000 if she had told us that in advance we would have paid 12000. Then she said that if we wanted to change the bracelet, we had to add twice as much, but that's because she didn't warn us, we took what she advised. She then asked me not to blame her for the mistake and asked the security guard to solve the problem with me. I don't think that's respectful to the customer. I asked to call the manager, but no one came to me, except the security guard, we, of course, paid extra, because we had a holiday and did not want to spoil the mood of my family. But that was the first and the last time, and not only would I never advise anyone to go there, but I would also say that it is one of the worst places in Yerevan, where they do not know how to properly serve and solve problems with the client.

Отзыв от аквапарке, а точнее об администраторе, которая работала утром 13.03.2023, обманула по телефону! Мы забыли вещи в раздевалке 12.03, вышли из аквапарка сразу под закрытие в 22.00, на следующее утро 14.03 позвонила на ресепшен аквапарка администратор мне рассказывала, что она всех предупредит о наших забытых вещах и их не выбросят, звонила ей всё утро через каждые минут 40, она говорила, что вещи так и не приносили...когда я позвонила наверное в пятый раз она мне сказала приезжайте сами посмотрите, мой муж приехал м нут через 15 и ему сразу же сказали, что вещи уже выбросили! Девушка утром мне говорила, что она предупредила 2 смены охранников (якобы охрана всё выбрасывает), что все в курсе..... Окей, у аквапарка допустим есть правило выбрасывать вещи, вопросов нет, но зачем тогда данный администратор всё утро говорила мне, что вещи ещё не принесли, что она разговаривала с охраной, потом предложила приехать и тут же нам охрана уже сказала, что всё выбросили?! Очень жаль! Мы были постоянными посетителями аквапарка, теперь не знаю что будем делать, на сегодняшний день ездить туда семьёй желания нет, да и советовать кому-то данное место тоже больше не хочется
