This is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.

I came to stay to Hayasa with my Husband and my 2 daugters and it was Amazing!! Sona at the Front Desk was Welcoming with a nice Smile and had many nice suggestions. Gor, the overnight Front Desk clerk ordered us a midnight meal. Artyom, the bartender made us feel at home by getting our drinks and being a nice Host. Vigen carried our bags all the way to our bedside. And to top it off, We had candies in the room as a Welcome Gift! I loved our cozy room with a comfort of a home and a nice street view. I felt like I live in theneighborhood❤️ Thank you Hayassan very much!! We will be back.

After four years away, my recent stay at this hotel was just as I remembered. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way for guests. The breakfast crew, in the restaurant area, was just as wonderful. If there was anything I needed, I just had to ask. The hotel is across the street from Yerevan Park (recently renamed Diana Apcar Park). The park is a popular destination for locals. There are dining options in the park and on both sides of the street. Well known tourist destinations, such as Republic Square and Northern Avenue, are both short walks away. You will miss out on nothing, by staying at this location. And, you will gain so much more, from the amazing hospitality.

Located in the center, the rooms are cleaned well, the breakfast is a decent choice, the pool is pleasant, but the staff in the lobby seems to be friendly, but not helpful, the waiter in the restaurant is generally disappointed, does not know the wine list, asked if there was semi-dry wine, they said there was, but they brought dry , asked for white, brought red, at the bar asked what they could do quickly, the answer is - look at the menu .. how much does a cappuccino cost, also look at the menu .. strange, it seems like they should try to earn money, but somehow everyone is without enthusiasm, the overall impression is positive, but the service is not up to the expected in the chain hotel.

It was an amazing experience, the stuff was kind, especially Marianna, they were willing to help with anything. The room very clean, cozy, with everything you need inside. Breakfast had everything I could ask for, from local marmalade to eggs, bacon, cream cheese. I recommend your stay here, and whenever I come back to Yerevan this is where I will stay!

My wife and I liked the Hotel National Erevan very much. We stayed there for one night only, so we did not have time to appreciate all the services and facilities provided by the hotel. But nevertheless we had a very good impression of the hotel. We arrived at National deep in the night. We were provided with a nice and big room. Since we were hungry, we asked for flatware, wine glasses and a corkscrew (and we had Chianti Riserva with us). An employee came right away, brought everything, and opened a bottle. I can note that in the room and in the bathroom was a full and very good set of tea, coffee and cosmetics for a comfortable stay, everything and not to list. Breakfast was also very pleasant with its variety - there were European dishes and typical for Armenia appetizers and sweets. There was sparking wine, but we still enjoyed night Chianti. Waiters did their work very quickly, with respect and attention to all visitors. To be honest, we had a short night's rest, so I asked for check-out not at 12, but at 13. The reception staff immediately agreed. We left our luggage and went for a walk around beautiful Yerevan. And when we came back, bellboy Davit helped us to get out of the situation with a taxi call, because the first taxidriver simply deceived us (about which a complaint was made to the taxi service). In general - I recommend it. The hotel has a great central location, very responsive staff and delicious cuisine in the restaurant for breakfast. This is a five star hotel where every guest is valued.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel, but the bathroom is a bit small. There are not many varieties of breakfast but the taste is good. The climate in Yerevan is similar to that of Xinjiang, so the fruits are very delicious. The hotel service staff is also very enthusiastic and proactive and does not charge tips. Ask for a tip directly at the coffee bar next to the roadside with a small fountain when you check out.

I love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!

The hotel is very modern and very comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious, the bedroom is of high quality, and the powerful and excellent shower. JJoanaThis Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro.
The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed.
The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated.
I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food.
Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Especially the front desk service, help us store our luggage, help us rent to the airport (the online car is very cheap, 4 people and 4 luggage carts are only 2100 Drum. The quotation is fluctuating). The security uncle is also very good, help us arrange parking spaces, brush the elevator.
Maybe the room is too big, and the cleaning aunt forgot to clean the trash can in the kitchen cabinet.

9936296106Apart Hotel by Red, Yerevan, Armenia: I got the cringe when I researched hotels in Yerevan. Most were rundown, 80s yesteryears looking and just gross looking. Apart Hotel is one of the spanking modern ones, with studios to boot. There’s a small kitchenette and the washing machine is much appreciated, albeit tiny. There’s a microwave and stove for some cooking should you feel like it. Fridge is a decent size and there’s a small dining area. Bathroom is modern (thank god) and our room at #1 has a balcony for laundry hanging. I wished we had international channels but having YouTube app on TV was good enough. The apartment is centrally located so everything is an easy walk away. Do check out Jermot’s cafe which is a stone’s throw away. There’s a lovely wine bar with knockout food across. This is a safe bet in Yerevan. #eatstylishtravelstylish

GGuest Usergood hotel with friendly staff break fast was ok, location was 3 min walk to one of the good outdoor market called vernissage, near republic square and you can access easily, you should aware there is no staff to take care of your bags, hotel had no ramp, room was clean and there was construction’s behind hotel which if you want to stayed at your rooms in daylight i think it will disturb you, read the policy of hotel about toothbrush and water. but I enjoyed stay there because staff was kind and location was very good, rooms was clean.

Ttravellin131i DONT recommend this hotel: ( Especially if you are a non smoker!) : try find another hotel in the similar price range if u can. heres my honest opinion having stayed here for 5 nights. i have stayed in a room 603, on the 6th floor. room is dated which is what you paid for so its not the big problem. 6F is a non smoking floor, when i have reported a strong cigarette smell coming from the room that connects to my room. the hotel manager not only didn't take this seriously, his tone was cold and unfriendly, long story short, they have suggested that i can move to another room at 10:30pm when i have showered n have everything layout in room. i ended up was guided to the the front desk to speak to that same manager Azat. his attitude was arrogant n not customer friendly, just like on the phone. i ended up getting so upset before he said he would do something, when he called back to report that the next door customer did admit that they have smoked in the room, that was no sorry, no nothing. and i was under the impression that it was me who were bothering their evening. so when stay in the non smoking floor smells the cigarette, thats your problem, dont bother me kind of attitude, n either u move to a lower floor with a smaller room, of what do u want me to do - that sort of attitude. very bad customer service from the manager n the male staff here, but to be fair , i have met two female staff members - one who checked me in n other one when i paid for the accommodation, both of the female staff members are very helpful n attentive. a bad shot out Azat. if he is really the manager, then please send him back to training. please consider n think from a customer pov, what would u do when u r showered n about to go to bed at 10:30pm n you smell strong cigarettes smell coming to your room in a non smoking floor n the hotel give you that “ i dont give a fxxk” sort of support?

The hotel maintains the consistent decoration style of ibis, the network is good, and the sanitation is also very good. Especially the breakfast, it's really rich and great!

Номер обставлен дешёвой мебелью которая уже шатается и трещит по швам 3. Очень грязно!!! Ковролин когда то был светло бежевый ( можно посмотреть на лестнице которой мало пользуются) стал темно серого цвета 4. Плитка в сан узле в нескольких местах расколота 5. Воды горячей нет, скорее тёплая 6. Всё стены обшарпаные 7. Самое важное! Ужасные матрасы, пружины впиваются в спину. Уж на этом то можно было бы не экономить! Вид из окна на когда то хороший сквер, в котором сейчас валяются грязные тряпки мусор и автомобильные покрышки. 10. Лифт работает только один. В час пик когда всё идут на завтрак ждать его бесполезно. 11. Если вы как я не любитель рано вставать, то на завтрак рассчитывать не стоит. Во первых потому что вы просто не найдете чистый стол, убирать их не торопятся. Во вторых всё будет уже холодное. Еда выглядит не аппетитно, ассортимент очень скудный. Европейского завтрака вы тут не найдете. Непонятный салат и сосиска с вашей... Как то так. Чашки для чая размером с напёрсток. Когда я попросила чашку побольше, выяснилось что у них других нет. И всё бы ничего, если бы например было две звезды. Но на стене у лифтов мы видим гордые четыре. Господа, подтяните уровень отеля, уберите одну звезду и сделайте хотя бы честные три! А так это просто развод какой то! Лично я больше ни ногой!

But we were embarrassed to mention it. At the same time, the hostess is very welcoming. She even offered us a higher class room, but we refused.

The location of the hotel has both pros and cons. It is located quite close to the city center and there are many buses going there. Opposite is the intercity bus station. But from there you can only go to Russia and Georgia. Market.
