Great Hotel!

We stayed for a week on an All Inclusive basis. The service at this hotel is extremely friendly and attentive. From the reception staff, to the restaurant. Everyone is so kind and has great attention to detail. Barbara was the best and always brings a smile. All the staff have a great attention to detail. The room was fantastic, AC works brilliantly. They also do two clean services a day (morning and evening). I’m the evening they check if everything is up to standard and if you need anything in the bar like more bottled water. The facilities and the rooms are great. The food at the buffet was amazing and fresh. They do different types of cuisine each night. There are 2 A La Carte restaurants, we had a meal in each with the AI Basis. Again, the food and the service did not disappoint. The hotel has an app where you can order drinks to your sun loungers. The sun loungers are nice and comfortable. All have a parasol with them. The hotel was quite busy but we didn’t have any issues getting sun beds (no need to run a reserve one like some people do), there is also a sun lounger area closer to the beach. On check out, if your pick up is later than the check out time, the hotel offer a complementary courtesy room (subject to availability) where you can freshen up/ shower before your return journey. If it’s fully booked, you can shower at the spa before you go. Overall we had an amazing experience. A very peaceful and attentive hotel. Would definitely recommend.

We have just returned from the best holiday in your hotel Ivi Mare. Delicious food was served in all 3 restaurants and the best cocktails served in the Mirror Bar. Friendliest staff throughout hotel all working so hard to ensure our stay was perfect every day. The housekeeping staff and groundsmen ensuring The Ivi Mare is looking beautiful at all times, Such comfortable beds and pillows. The best loungers and big parasols I’ve ever had. Special thanks to Katya and her team at reception and to Vasso and her Spa team Fivi, Anastasia and Reza providing the best massages for me and my two boys Jake snd Leo ( not twins for those who thought they were!!) -highly recommend.- I had 2 they were do good and better than any massage in uk. The chefs in the 3 restaurants create the most amazing cuisine and all our waitresses and waiters were so brilliant looking after us at every meal and I want to thank in particular Tom, Diana, Barbara, Sophia, Natali, Kallia, Pambos and everyone else for looking after us-so sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names! Ivi Mare you should be very proud of all your staff for managing to provide the best environment for a perfect holiday ❤️

Just a wonderful hotel, from sunbeds to service to staff, everything is amazing. We unfortunately left the hotel early because of a family emergency and we left some clothes on the balcony in our rush to leave, the hotel posted the items to the UK free of charge, such a wonderful kind gesture.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish, the Ivi Mare delivers a truly relaxing break, the level of service, quality of the rooms, fantastic pool side facilities, namely the sun beds and drinks app make this a must visit hotel, need to mention a few of the staff who helped make our holiday such a lovely experience, main restaurant, Natalia and Silvi were excellent and a special thank you to Pambos who not only looked after us most days but understood my need for espresso, finally the lovely Agni in the main bar who was great. Final comments relate to the food, don’t be put off by the term buffet food this only refers to the process, the quality and variety of the food is possibly the best we have ever experienced on all inclusive holiday, we will without doubt be returning. Thank you to the brilliant team for delivering such a memorable holiday.

3rd returning visit to this relaxing and stress free hotel. Met at reception by welcoming staff, sat in quiet area to fill in the usual forms with a welcoming drink and flannels while suitcases taken to the room. Because returning guests had bottle of Prosecco waiting. ( nice touch). The room has comfy large bed, good bathroom cleaned daily. The air conditioning quiet. We go all inclusive, buffet food always fresh with a different theme every night with numerous choices, lunch buffet menu again has a lot of choice, the breakfast choices again are very good, fresh omelettes/scrambled eggs cooked for you. We booked evening meal in the Japanese restaurant which again was more than pleasant. The evening entertainment was light music by the pool area. Didn’t intrude on anyone wanting just a quiet evening. The pool area cleaned every morning, the pool itself same depth the whole length, at our visit temperature was like a warm bath. Changed pool towels daily. Sun beds have deep foam cushions and whilst there renewed paroles to larger square ones which covered both loungers, good improvement. All staff are friendly and efficient in all areas of the hotel. Departing very easy and straightforward. Have already booked our return for 2025.

Absolutely fabulous! We stayed here in May 2022 and loved it so much that we have booked again for next week. The hotel itself is stunning aesthetically, it’s bright, spotlessly clean & modern with lovely biophilic touches bringing the outside in. It overlooks the sea and the pool , and is positioned in a relatively quiet area, with just a short distance to the marina and shops etc. The food was great with a good selection and variety (we were all inclusive) and the cocktails were the best yet, particularly the Mojito’s and the Pina Colada’s! Our room was bright, clean and spacious. We were lucky enough to have a room that looked out on to the pool and the seafront which was lovely after a day in the sun to relax on the balcony. All the staff were all super friendly and the Manageress at the time was extremely attentive and very accommodating, checking on guests and going that extra mile. All in all our stay was superb and we can’t wait to be visiting again!

We enjoyed our stay so much we will be coming back next year, everything was first class could not find any negative about our stay, thank you for the bubbly and cake for my birthday a great nice surprise, well done to all your staff If you ever want a total relaxing holiday with great facilities, excellent dining, rooms are exceptional, staff are amazing, cleanliness is 100 percent, The Ivy Mare is the hotel for you

I stayed here at the start of June for 10 nights and I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. On arrival the reception staff were extremely welcoming which made me instantly feel comfortable. I found the rooms are modern and comfortable with everything you need. The cleanliness is outstanding I have no idea how they manage to keep it so immaculate with so many people back and forth - the housekeeping staff deserve a medal! I ate mostly in the buffet restaurant and I have to say the food is excellent, they seem to cook little and often which keeps the food hot and fresh. A particular highlight for me was the use of the App, it’s such a fantastic service with drinks easy to order, and the ability to speak to reception for housekeeping which was quick and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect it’s easy to get around to local restaurants via taxi which the hotel reception can help you to book. There’s a couple of small things that I feel could be worked on which include there’s a need for larger umbrellas around the pool it was exceptionally hot when I was there and the umbrella hardly covered one bed it would be harder in a couple, the drinks throughout the day get warm they clearly need more fridge space, the turndown service is way to early and loud! You would never be able to rest as you can hear them coming. Finally the service in mirrors bar could be disorganised at times. That said this place is special and these are minor things that could easily be more addressed and did not impact my stay. What makes this hotel is the staff as a solo traveller it’s important I feel safe and comfortable which I did instantly. I loved it here and I have already booked to return in September which tells you how good it is. Thanks for a wonderful trip.
