A lovely clean hotel, the rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was good every night and the food was very nice with lots of choice. We had a lovely holiday there and have booked to go again.

Just back from an excellent holiday with my partner. Hotel was immaculate , food was brilliant and staff were amazing. Had slight issues with getting our beach towels changed but quickly resolved. Effort from entertainment was fanatic, entertainment manager Chicco had great energy and had everyone involved in day/nighttime activities. Same with his colleagues Anna and Eira, both lovely girls with great vibes. However, often seen some entertainment staff on their phones, making it difficult to get their attention at times. We thoroughly enjoyed night time entertainment; dance shows, elvis tribute etc. Great for all inclusive entertainment standard. We would happily return to this hotel and plan to do so in the near future!! Thank you for a memorable holiday

Well, what can I say... We arrived in June for our two week stay with family at the wonderful Louis Ledra. Within the two weeks, they hosted our perfect wedding day which we will never forget! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty with prosecco, cocktails and cakes. Bags were whisked away and taken straight to our rooms. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the lovely Athena (guest relations) and we were made to feel very comfortable from the get go. Rooms were fantastic. Cleaned spotlessly every day by the wonderful housekeepers (whom may I add, even folded my pyjamas for me!) Food was the best all inclusive buffet I have ever had. Also very impressed that hot food and sandwiches/salads and snacks were available for the majority of the day outside by the pool if you didn't fancy going indoors to eat. The Italian restaurant, which you can visit once per week, with the all inclusive was amazing. Pool is massive and also very clean. If ever there were not enough sun beds available, lifeguards were more than happy to get one out for us! There is a bus stop around 50 yards from the hotel, and a travel shop, supermarket and lovely gift shop over the road. Now, the wedding... My husband and I were made to feel so special for the whole of our two week stay. Lilia, the hotel wedding coordinator, was just fantastic. Very attentive and ensured our day ran smoothly with everything we could have wished for. She was genuinely so happy for us and looked after us so well. As did Athena (guest relations) who just knows everything about everything! All of the staff were brilliant. Whatever your query or want, their answer was always "yes of course" or "no problem!" I would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return for another amazing holiday!

Just came back from a lovely first time in Cyrus and stay at Ledra beach for 7 days. On arrival we greeted with drinks and our luggage taken to our room something we haven’t had before in other hotels so it was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable bed and you had your own fridge which was filled with water and soft drinks everyday if your AI. To us after staying in 3* hotels before our room here decoration wise could of been bit better for a 4* it be bit more modernised. The grounds the hotel is in is absolutely beautiful you couldn’t get any better views. Food was lovely they was different themes on every night we always found something nice to eat. The only time we were disappointed was the carvery night it wasn’t what we are used to when having a carvery the only vegetables was peas but when I asked the chef if they was anymore vegetables he happily made some for me which was a nice/helpful thing to do. There’s a snack beach bar outside for your burgers pizza ice cream etc which was all made to order. The staff really make the place they very friendly and work really hard and will do anything for the guests. We saw two good shows one was viva Las Vegas and the other was Elvis tribute act he was really good lots of interaction with the audience. Overall we had a really nice time! I think we would return to Louis Ledra beach if they was some minor improvements but we would definitely return to that area as it is very good location

I can't fault the variety of food and the restaurant service but found the rooms rather small, the family room for a couple and 2 children was so small we couldn't fit the pushchair in. The other room had connecting doors for some reason so I could hear people next door as if we were in the same room. The Italian restaurant which you get vouchers for is to avoid completely. It's terrible. The entertainment was hit and miss, not enough information about where it was happening and some days nothing at all. Such a shame as it could have been much better with the lovely staff and the position of the hotel

This is a long review. Here is a summary if you don't feel like reading the whole thing. - great staff - good food - this hotel isn't for people with kids - best for people over 60 - no inflatables are allowed in the pool. Given it's small size, it's probably best - the beach is very rocky, not great - very quiet in the evening and not much going on I'll start this review with the positives... The staff. The staff at this hotel are excellent. They're kind, helpful, and great at their jobs. From the cleaners, right up to the hotel manager, they are all great at their jobs. The food. The food here is genuinely good. I'm generally not a fan of all-inclusive, but I enjoyed pretty much everything I ate. There was only one occasion where I didn't want to eat, but that was down to personal taste rather than the hotel. Hygiene The hotel is kept clean. From the rooms to the pool area, The dining room is cleared quickly. All good. Now down to the not so good..... Overall the hotel is looking a bit past it. The rooms are ok, but they're very much stuck in the 90s/2000s. Things are starting to look shabby and old. The pool loos old and tied, and needs regrouting. The handrail into the pool is loose and very dirty looking. When you start to look you'll notice things everywhere that look tired, shabby and outdated. Also, the pool isn't big enough, and at times it was standing room only. The aircon is rubbish. Granted it was in the 40s, but we couldn't get the AC in our room below 28, making it hard to sleep. Speaking to other guests this was the same in all rooms. A maintenance man came to our room and told us that it wasn't hot enough for the AC to be working fully. If 40oC+ isn't hot enough, I don't know what is. The owners need to spend some money and get this hotel up to modern standards. Tui rates this as a Platinum hotel, and I have no idea how they've achieved that award. The drinks. On my first night, I asked for a strawberry daiquiri. I was presented with a glass of prosecco with some strawberry liqueur in it. It was warm. The beer is gassy and weak. Most drinks were a bit weak. It would be nice if there was a premium spirits option like most hotels. Also, sometimes it took up to fifteen minutes to get a drink. You; 're not allowed to go to the main bar for your own drinks, it's table service. When it's busy, expect a wait. The other guests.... It's a strange thing to mention other guests in a hotel review - but, in this case I think it's important in order to set expectations. This hotel has a loyal following, and (in my view), the reason this place has such a high rating is because the same people have been going for over 20+ years. Unfortunately, they don't do the hotel any favours. They're happy with the status quo, and it keeps the hotel living in the past. The same people will love telling you how long they have been coming here and how good it is but don't you dare make even the most minor criticism. They treat the place
