It's nice to have a private parking lot, but it's a structure that goes up by stairs. It was difficult to go up and down the stairs with a suitcase. There was black mold on the tiles in the shower room and it smelled like mold. The interior wallpaper was water-stained and felt a little worn. The location is remote, so it might be a bit inconvenient to use nearby amenities. It is quiet so you can sleep without being noisy.
