定了2晚聯排，後加了每天400元住雙拼。迷你吧裏的東西全免費，有事電話立馬有效。下午茶還不錯，可惜沒時間約拍照。還有圈養了鴨子🦆鵝🦢小豬🐷小🐑孔雀🦚就是下雨放在室外，看上去有點可憐到底是冬天。

退房的時候，前台工作人員一直在玩手機，沒有及時響應，然後還跟同事講方言，不知道聊些什麼東西。
打印賬單出來的的時候是英文，房價明明包含免費的包車送客到黃山北站的服務，還收取我們四百塊包費，還好懂英文，然後跟前台交涉，最終沒有收取。
吃早餐的廳實在太小，導致這兩天每天去吃早餐都要排隊等候，還聽到其他排隊的客人吐槽酒店説“這是悦榕莊嗎”，用個早餐還要排隊，也是奇葩。我在其他悦榕莊根本不會這樣。
酒店很大，出行都要坐酒店擺渡車，但是車很少，每次都要等很久才有車。等待時間過久
但是也有好的一面，中餐廳服務員餘莉麗服務的非常好，專業細緻，工作態度很好。
