In general a nice relaxing stay. Good location to explore Hongcun and ancient towns. However, a little disappointed by the overall quality which is below my experience when compared to staying at other banyan tree properties. Little things like the clearness, maintenance of the property where paints are peeling etc. the most obvious is poor choice and quality of the breakfast .

The hotel earned its reputation of exceptional services. Chris, Julia Wang, and Dean Hu provided me with the best care. The room has a beautiful unforgettable view!

This was a trip that I took my 86 years old mom to travel with me. After a long bullet train ride and shuttle ride, Banyan Tree Huangshan gave us a warm welcome by upgrading our room to a villa. The place is beautifully designed, nested in a valley with traditional Hui style building. Inside the rooms, they have the western style bedroom and bathroom comforts, but the deco is traditional Chinese arts with a modern twist, very elegant, not the tacky hotel chain style but details that fits the surrounding nature beauty. All the rooms and facilities are very clean, and service people are very nice too. We had the front desk clerk Sweet, who updated our stay and a room cleaning lady May Zhang who helped us with our needs. Very thankful to their help! The outside garden design blends in with the surrounding mountains. They even have a petting zoo for visitors young and old. We dined in their Chinese restaurant the first night. The foods were good but I won't say exceptional. For two of us, it was way too much in food quantity for one order. We felt bad to waste food this way. Wish they have had smaller choices. But their breakfast is very impressive. And even though they are very close to Hong Village where the shuttle stops, they did not offer free shuttle which I think they should. I highly recommend this place and will travel back with my other family members in the future. 我和我86岁的妈妈旅行到黄山附近， 住的第一家旅店就是悦榕庄。不得不说，印象深刻。整个山庄外观是徽州传统建筑+现代设计，高挑壮观。Villa的庭院设计轻松惬意，完全融入周围的自然景观。室内非常干净，西式的床和卫生间舒适温馨，很容易消除旅途的疲倦。装饰很典雅，是传统中国书画兼有现代的元素，赏心悦目。 我们天刚黑时到达， 很快感受到温暖贴心的服务。前台给我们免费升级房间， 让我们渡过了愉悦的两天。 早上在庭院里跑步是个美好的体验， 健身房也比一般希尔顿或是万豪好很多。 我们第一晚在饭店的中餐厅吃的，不错但没有特别让人印象深刻。早餐则不同， 选择非常多且很多精致可口的饭菜。 尽管他们离宏村很近但不提供免费接送，这样你从机场或是高铁站坐接送车到此，还需要打车或是付比打车高很多的车费到达悦榕庄。我个人认为这完全可以改进。 我非常推荐黄山悦榕庄，以后还会带其他家人来住。谢谢你们周到的服务！

Before I checked in, I experienced the butler service mode, and paid pick-up and drop-off services were provided. The driver will hold the "Huangshan Banyan Tree" sign at the pick-up point, and you can tell it at a glance when you leave the station. It's great. Check-in is also quite smooth and time-saving. There will be a small shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off services. The process is very smooth and the service staff are very good. I especially want to cue my housekeeper sister Mia. The two-day stay was very well taken care of. She is beautiful, kind and considerate. I am very grateful for her service. I also have to praise the service sister May Zhang and the pick-up master Lves Wang. I was hungry late at night and ordered takeout, bought fruits, helped us deliver all the food to the room, and lent us a fruit knife! ! This time I also experienced the travel photography of the hotel cooperation, which was really good! Everything is superb, absolutely no problem, I can only say that I will come again next time and will never step on thunder! ! !

This is the third Banyan Tree we have stayed in. The service is really amazing, and the food is also very good. The hotel is very big, bigger than Hangzhou and Yangshuo. The hotel is close to Lu Village, so it is very convenient to eat. It feels like a paradise. Very good!

Therefore, I chose Banyan Tree Huangshan, which has good accommodation conditions and convenient travel. It is worth recommending. This time, the hotel also upgraded me to a one-bedroom Xidi villa for free. It is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is also rich. The housekeeper Eiam is considerate and enthusiastic. It is really great.

The hotel is in an excellent location, built on the mountain, and you can directly see Hongcun and Lucun. This time, the room type was upgraded for free, and the souvenirs were also very thoughtful. The staff were very enthusiastic, the room facilities and hygiene were all five-star praise, and they paid attention to the details. Special thanks to the housekeeper Binbin for the full service, timely response and always helping us solve problems!

The scenery is very good, the room is clean and comfortable, the turndown service is as warm as always, the hotel staff is very good, especially the housekeeper Charlotte, who is very considerate. I will choose Banyan Tree next time.

Every service staff I met was very enthusiastic and helpful. The guy at the front desk upgraded the room, the guy at the shuttle bus took the initiative to introduce and chat, and the cleaning lady left a handwritten note after cleaning. In the hotel, children can feed many small animals and there are many activities to participate in. The only drawback is that the toothbrush is not very good, the hair is easily deformed, and the hair is flat when opened
