週末我們一家人去西遞、宏村、塔川等地旅遊，選擇入住黟縣賓館，因為它離各景點都很近，衹有10-20分車程。黟縣賓館是一家老賓館，外部環境和基礎配套都不錯，但是房間內部設施比較老舊，比如中央空調、洗臉盆、浴缸等，衞生也很一般。除此之外，酒店的服務意識和服務態度很差。舉個例子，這次我家有人因為早起外出沒吃早餐，我想打包一份帶走，但遭拒絕。服務員説酒店規定早餐不允許客人打包外帶，給早餐券花錢買也不行。請問酒店這是什麼神規定？你們的服務宗旨和服務意識到哪裡去了？！
