The hotel is great. I first booked a regular double room, and then contacted Ctrip to adjust it to a room with a sofa bed. However, when I went to register on the same day, Ctrip did not inform the hotel. The waiters at the hotel, Bobo Qiaoli Xiaofeng, were still very quick to help. The service was very good and they helped us change to a river view room. However, the hardware facilities are relatively old, the carpets are patched, the windows cannot be locked, and other minor problems.
