我們入住水雲嵐酒店兩天了，對酒店感覺非常好，房間特別乾淨，雖然裝修比較質樸，但服務員對客人非常親切友好。在這裏我們尤其要感謝服務員田宇，這幾天天氣不好，我們洗過的衣服都沒幹。田宇看到後幫我們特意拿來晾衣桿子，把一件件未乾的衣服都晾曬在窗户邊上，我們晚上回來看到非常感動，田宇服務員服務真是太周到熱忱了。在此向對田宇真誠感謝，給與她五星好評！

因為行程關係，又再次續住了一晚，主動詢問是否需要打擾房間衞生，對於沒在客房內，酒店工作人員也不會隨意進入房間，處事方式很妥帖周到，給足顧客私人空間。房間內的補給用品由房務人員直接提供，工作人員高燕很值得表揚，服務耐心細緻，對於所需用品會主動在客人提出前就給安排明白，挺不錯的。真的做到了賓至如歸，兩晚的入住體驗都挺不錯。
