從小紅薯看到可以帶寵物，特地自駕游過來玩。辦理入住的時候都非常可以，也挺友好。
回到房間裏面，被子床單上都有黑色的毛，還好帶了床單被罩。空調壓根就不製冷，開了好久都沒有冷氣，我也是服了，浴室也排不下去水，自己弄了將近十分鐘才弄好。
晚上回來問前台可以多給幾瓶礦泉水嗎，有個不知道是什麼的領導，身穿便服，拽的不知道什麼樣了，來了句多喝的收費。我就不想糾結什麼了，我就問早餐是幾點，因為我特地買的有早餐的，回答是7-9點，好傢伙，你們攜程上可以標註7-10點。這算虛假宣傳嗎，是真的優秀呀。如果是早知是7-9點，那很多的消費者就不會買，雖然説就一個小時的區別，可是這一個小時，對於很多過來旅遊的朋友來説，就是可以放鬆的時候。總體本來對於宜昌這個城市是非常喜歡的，因為對狗狗友好。但是酒店真的是讓我開始就失望了。

衞生一般般，設施是真的差，衞生間排氣扇沒反應，床頭燈接觸不良一閃一閃，還衹亮一個，最主要的是空調，根本就是個擺設，工作人員説我們這個是恆温空調，需要調到22度，温度會降下來，結果一直到凌晨兩點半都睡不着，一直在冒汗，聯繫前台説修不好要到早上了，叫安保人員送了一個電扇上來，吹出來的就是熱風，最後熱的不行，把房間門打開，風扇打開，空調也開着，窗户也開着，室內温度還是26度，我悶熱得睡不着去前台看有其他辦法沒，工作人員説我母親因身材原因太胖不耐熱，這就人身攻擊了，先不説胖不胖的問題，作為一個酒店，十一期間我花四百多入住景觀雙床房（2421）房號，我想把空調開到17度也好或者開到32度也好，那是我的權利，既然付費了，我們享受不了不説，還説我母親太胖不耐熱，那去買空調，拿回家不製冷，你找空調售後，售後説是因為你太胖不耐熱，這可以嗎？害得我們半夜快三點了，大包小包的換了個酒店，服務也和設施一樣，真心令人作嘔。

擔心不允許小狗一起入住，特意提前打電話，結果前台小姐姐二話不説就同意了，非常貼心的小姐姐們，當然帶寵物出行的朋友們也一定要注意衞生。和家人一起出行直接訂了6間房，房間也乾淨衞生整潔，晚上睡覺非常安靜，推薦自駕遊帶小狗出行的朋友們首選這家，雖然稍微有些偏但晚上非常安靜適合休息。
忘記拍照了非常可惜。
