自駕遊路過宜昌經停，下高速時全家都被宜昌的城市風貌深深吸引。本想着經停，就在路上隨便訂了一家酒店，晚上8點到，一進房間就打消了住下的念頭，換到了華美達已是晚上9點多了，本以為是大品牌酒店，設施衞生應該不錯，下面就是我對宜昌濱江華美達的感受。酒店和寫字樓還有幾個單位在同一棟樓且共用電梯，電梯沒有門禁，不需要刷卡就可以上樓，半夜一點**還在走廊上喊“你好外賣”。半夜上廁所發現了蟑螂，沒打死，跑掉了。我兒子氣的要給差評，家人也説本想在宜昌住幾天，感受一下這優美的小城，但是被宜昌酒店業的現狀勸退了。自認為住酒店還算有心得的我，在這裏代表全家向華美達及宜昌的酒店行業提個小建議，酒店是外地遊客瞭解一個城市的第一站，酒店的衞生、服務、環境是第一印象，不要讓遊客在宜昌的第一印象就被破壞了！優美的風光，宜人的環境和蜂擁而至的遊客不是你們躺平擺爛的資本，甚至要更加的努力營造良好的服務接待氛圍，讓人想留下來，能留下來，常留下來！
