看評價不錯，又為了第二天早去鹿苑才選了這家酒店，進門看房間夠大，但細看衞生就堪憂了。洗浴毛巾是黑的，電熱水壺也臟的實在是不敢燒水喝，一摸一手渣渣。10/1到的那天正好温度低，從機場直接入住時已22點多，房間沒有空調，外面温度是零下4度，想洗個熱水澡都沒有，水是温的，24小時熱水的狀況就是這樣的嘛，這麼早鍋爐房就沒人燒水了嗎？

勞模療養的地方，環境很好，設施也不錯。離金山鹿苑和養心谷比從市區過去近一半。服務很一般，還有很大進步空間。畢竟代表伊春旅遊形象，希望能有所提高。

酒店位置很好，原來是個森林公園，不知為何現在給廢棄了，但園區裏面的環境太好了，這對住店的客人十分友好，獨享周邊好環境。果然最美的風景在路上！…

酒店環境確實沒得説，但入住當天被告知酒店沒有熱水，入住當天下午通知是否選入住，已經沒有其他酒店可定了，下午6點到店一直到7點，才找到打掃好的房間入住，入住後先是給錯房間，家庭房換成了大床房，調整家庭房後，覺得房間布草沒有摺痕，找了服務人員反饋沒有打掃，被告知保證打掃過了，第二天早上竟然還是發現了上一批客人留在浴巾上的用過的洗臉巾，一直到退房，酒店熱水也沒修理好，這種規模的酒店這種情況不應該發生

房間衞生基本沒搞，灰塵太多，死蒼蠅死蟲子就在窗前也不清理。晚上回來沒熱水也不通知客人。問前台説臨時停水在搶修，問幾點停的，説下午三四點。這個臨時的時間長了點。可惜了山清水秀的景區度假酒店。硬件再好軟件跟不上也白搭。學下江浙滬的君亭、開元。八項規定後還衹靠政府口會議那就沒辦法了。中國最不缺的就是人，附近居民選員工短期內不會有度假酒店該有的服務意識。

早餐還行，在伊春住過硬件設施相對最好的酒店，但熱水管壞了也不提前説，沒有熱水的一晚，老國營的感覺
