I have been struggling whether to book a few days at the Metropark Hotel for a vacation, so I booked one day to try it out. As soon as I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's environment and service. I stayed for 2 more days at night. We had a pleasant 4-day and 3-night holiday at the Metropark. Special thanks to the supervisor at the service desk, who was serious, careful, and patient in helping our group of 9 people. The room in Building 2 is not only large in size, but also has a balcony, where you can see the rain and fog in the distant mountains, which is very beautiful. It is so enjoyable to soak in the hot springs in the infinity pool on the top of the mountain at night. The buffet breakfast has many varieties and is rich.

When traveling with several friends, it is difficult to choose a hotel. It cannot be too expensive or have bad conditions. Fortunately, everyone is satisfied.
The location is very good. There is Dequan Bridge on the right side of the door (cross the bridge to Tianmu Hot Spring), and then turn the corner to the second branch of Ximi Restaurant (highly recommended).
The only regret is that there is no river view in the twin room. But the room is large and has its own hot spring bathtub.
There are discounts for long-term stay.

But the overall experience for the second visit was relatively poor. Different platforms have different prices. The VIP price of 199 on the first day will include breakfast. On the second day, if you go out for business, you will renew the fee at Ctrip. 198 and breakfast is not included. Later, I checked the same room prices on other platforms. Although I was looking for reimbur*****t from the company, I always felt uncomfortable. The environment of the new hotel is good, and the service is okay, but the quality of service needs to be improved.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay here and they did not disappoint as far as the service. There was construction going on our first night which we didn’t know until we paid and went in. Wish they had of mentioned the largest pool was closed. It was open the next day but I feel like the first day was a wasted ticket.
Breakfast can be skipped if you are looking for Western choices which I was. The sushi place next door is good and there’s tons of food just walking distance from the hotel.
If you are a foreigner be ready to have people taking videos of you in your bathing suit. I was there to get away so I tried to go at times when people were eating. Not everyone is this intrusive but just be aware.
Great on service and clean and comfortable rooms. I had a room with a hot tub which was one of the highlights. Def do a mountain hike and pick strawberries if they are in season. Enjoy your trip!!

The whole hotel is condescending, the lake view is excellent, like a traditional Chinese landscape painting. 2. The front desk service is good and the room type is actively upgraded. 3. The room is new, the area is large, the lake view is outside the floor-to-ceiling window, and the room is equipped with a small degree. 4. The restaurant tastes good, the weight is sufficient, and the price is high. Next, let's talk about the shortcomings: 1. The network signal in the room is poor, and the TV belongs to the network TV, which makes it impossible to watch. 2. During May 1st, a large number of local residents crowded into the hotel to play, and the hotel lacked control, affecting the rest of the guests. 3.
