This hotel has so many activities, you can't possibly try them all! It's also connected to a huge shopping mall, and the best part is staying here includes movie tickets at the mall. The breakfast options are plentiful and diverse, sure to satisfy anyone. If you visit on a weekend, there are even more limited-time activities to enjoy, so you really need to set aside extra time to fully experience the hotel. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the train station or transfer station, but thankfully, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service which you can book in advance!

For an additional NT$4,400, we got two extra beds for two nights, which might have been why we were upgraded to a leisure suite – it was absolutely fantastic! I stayed here last December and was incredibly impressed by how family-friendly it was, so when we left Jiaoxi this time, I decided to come back for another two nights. Besides being a bit pricey, there's absolutely nothing to complain about!

Staying on the Fantozzi Castle floor was great! We could spend time in the game room, and even book kids' movies. There were also drinks and snacks available, plus we got a doll to take home.

We stayed on the 9th floor of Fendoc Castle and the kids had a blast! You can drive toy cars in the hallway, and just around the corner is a kids' play area with unlimited movies and afternoon tea.
The hotel also has a spa and pool on the 6th floor, a reading room and kids' playroom on the 7th floor, and an outdoor playground in the courtyard on the 8th floor, complete with a dedicated kids' cinema. Floors 1-4 are the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Plaza, where you can shop and watch movies (the hotel front desk can even reserve your seats for unlimited viewing). The breakfast spread was also diverse and delicious.
Overall, it's truly an incredibly family-friendly hotel! 😆

Our stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out.
The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch!
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of.
There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too.
