Nice hotel with private hot spring option. Little distant from Yilan but a good choice to enjoy hot springs as well spend a day or two in Yilan. Good options are limited at the hotel but 7-11 / family mart are close to the hotel.

Great play area for kids, and the hot spring pool was lovely, too.

The front desk service of the hotel is good, but the hardware and hygiene are very poor. There are bugs in the towels. Maybe the cleaning lady is in a bad mood? Are the replacement toiletries placed directly in the wash basin? The placement of the TV is very problematic and children can easily hit their heads when walking around. The room space is sufficient but there is not even a sofa. The bathroom is seriously different from the picture. It is super narrow and the shower room is very small. There is a hot spring pool next door. It is dangerous to fall if you are not careful. The design is really unknown. In such a small space, you insist on adding a hot spring pool?
