I really loved this hotel—it's very spacious and the rooms are super clean. I will definitely stay here again next time; the service was also great. Just a heads-up for anyone planning to use the baths/hot springs: remember to bring a swimsuit and swim cap.

Don’t stay here. Trip should review its star ratings. This place didn’t even have a proper restaurant. The concierge was the least helpful I’ve ever come across. I have over 1000 nights in hotels, and am furthest thing from high maintenance. They couldn’t even name a single restaurant in the neighborhood to go to. They couldn’t offer a place to run or hike. They shouldn’t be able to market themselves as a premium hotel. If staying in Yilan, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I really loved this hotel and will definitely come back if I get the chance. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very polite. While it’s not an ultra-luxury hotel, it is genuinely comfortable. Both the private and public hot springs were wonderful and relaxing.

The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Jiaoxi's bustling area, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The room was clean and spacious, and the in-room bathtub was large. The hotel allowed us to check in 30 minutes early as our room was ready. The 6th floor has a gym, swimming pool, and spa pool, but the pool is a bit small and more suitable for children.

The hotel staff were all very polite! They would proactively greet guests, and their attitudes were consistently good and courteous. The room was spacious, and the bed was large with just the right firmness, paired with fluffy pillows for a very comfortable sleep. The welcome snacks were generous and thoughtful! All facilities were clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, almost like a lunch buffet! I would definitely visit this hotel again. It was a wonderful relaxing experience 😊
