When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

The front desk service of the hotel is considerate. Seeing that there are children, they specially prepared air purifiers and humidifiers. The meal for two in the hotel restaurant is simple and delicious, the room is clean and tidy, buckwheat skin pillows are provided, the design without main lights is child-friendly, parking is convenient, and guidance is timely, it is a satisfactory experience.
