The overall feeling of the room was satisfactory. It was clean and hygienic. However, the parking instructions were not clear and I parked in the wrong place. Although the hotel gave me a parking ticket, it was not used for some reason. I was in a hurry to leave and had to pay the parking fee myself. Although it didn't cost much, I hope the hotel will do more detailed work in the future and provide everyone with better services.

Very good hotel, worthy of the old five-star rating. The front desk guy upgraded the executive lounge room for free, and you can see the city government and the provincial museum opposite. The hotel swimming pool and wet steam room are very good. Swimming and steaming in the sauna make my pores feel full of water. The freshly pulled whistle noodles made by the breakfast chef are delicious

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

This hotel is newly renovated, with a reasonable price, good environment, clean and hygienic environment, and a suitable location. It is really convenient to live in this hotel. It is right in the Cultural City. The scenery outside the hotel is also very good. You can visit the Cultural City when you leave the hotel. The receptionist at the front desk is also very thoughtful. He patiently replies to any questions, making people feel very comfortable and kind. When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

It is most convenient to go to Yuecai City for dinner if you book this hotel. You don't need to leave the hotel. You can go to the mall on the sixth floor directly. There are all kinds of Sichuan, Hunan and Chongqing cuisine. We booked two twin rooms with views. They said there was only one room on the first floor. After signing the waiver application, we can apply to open the balcony. Looking at the scenery outside, the front desk is also very reliable. They helped us to urge the cleaning. The cleaning was done at more than 2 o'clock and we could check in. The restaurant on the 7th floor also has the most popular stamps, and there are stamps of many scenic spots. The children were very happy to stamp. Yuecai City is also very good to visit and it is very convenient to buy things. There is a supermarket on the negative first floor. You can buy wolfberries and specialties. The supermarket will send them directly home. In short, eating and shopping are all satisfied, and the elderly are very satisfied.
