Atour Hotel (Yinchuan Drum Tower Pedestrian Street) Reviews

Wonderful, comfortable, clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again! (My only complaint here is about it being listed as "Drum Tower" + Pedestrian street. It is not on a pedestrian street, and there is a different "ATour" hotel in Yinchuan that is actually much closer to the Drum Tower!)

A great base for Ningxia. Clean comfortable room. Can wash/dry clothes. Check in for foreigners, as per other reviews, was probably the slowest I've ever experienced in China, so I'd just take the room card and go back for you passport later.

This was a pretty standard Atour, which is not a bad thing. Staff were friendly & room was very decent for its price. The location is perhaps not the best for those after the city center, though Yinchuan is not huge so most things are accessible by e-bike. Shops & restaurants in the area close quite early, but sites like the Drum Tower & temples are nearby, and it's on the right side of the city proper for the airport.

Wish there was a dinner and bar at the restaurant. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good but wish they made better omelettes. Not to many people spoke English in the breakfast buffet..

Easy to find and close to the BRT. 10 min walk to the shopping district including Starbucks which was a great bonus for us! Check in was a little slow but otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. A small grocery story attached to the hotel is very convenient. Good food close by. The room was very spacious and clean. Would recommend.

My mom smoking room had been smoked in unfortunately. Breakfast was better on the first day than the second.

Great hotel ! Good location. The breakfast can be improved greatly , there’s barely any weather options. The hotel has a laundry room which was great, with both washers and dryers! The gym can be better equipped with heavier weights . The shower was fantastic with great water pressure ! The room was also spacious and clean !

I have stayed at Atour in many cities, and this experience was the worst. There was a smell of cigarette smoke before entering the room, which was very stale and unclean. The wall surface of the door switch was severely cracked and stained. There is a wash basin on the right hand side when you enter. The marble countertop has traces of dirt and it feels like it has not been cleaned properly. There is a switch in the makeup mirror but the light cannot be turned on, making it very inconvenient to put on makeup. The painting opposite the imperial concubine's couch was crooked, and the wiring under the table was messy. There were water marks all over the windows, as if there had been a mudslide, and the curtain rails were also very dirty. It felt like dust would fall off the curtains whenever I moved them. I was so devastated that I moved out immediately after just one night.

First time staying, not a good experience. When I entered the front desk, the service staff gave me a glass of water and a room card. By the way, I asked about the room breakfast. 341 yuan does not include breakfast, which is too much. When I entered the room, there were water marks on the faucet, dust on the paper box, and a strange smell in the room. There was no razor, no big shower, only a small one. It was inconvenient to take a shower. There were hairs on the bath towel, which was dry and prickly. I didn't see the late night porridge road. I contacted the front desk, but no one cared. A place with Atour helps me save time in choosing other hotels online. Basically, Atour's standards, facilities and services meet our needs, and this hotel is no exception. I stayed there for five nights in a row and I was so satisfied! Self-driving parking is convenient, front-end service is excellent, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. I will return to Yinchuan the day after tomorrow and will stay one more night before leaving.

Smiling staff The service is very helpful. The rooms are clean and there is a washing and drying service. The hotel is close to shopping. You can walk out until 9:00 pm.
