銀川的冬天還是挺冷的，但是酒店工作人員特別是前台和客房員工給了我温暖的入住體驗。員工態度非常親切，熱情周到，微笑，積極主動的打招呼，給人賓至如歸的感覺，設施也是非常的齊全，房間面積還挺大的，衞生乾淨整潔，床很大也很舒適，空調和熱水都很不錯。酒店地理位置非常好，離火車站和機場都不願，周邊交通便利，位置優越，附近有公共交通站點，方便出行，旁邊就是大型的購物商場CCPARK,日料和早餐還都不錯，口味是當地特色，食材新鮮，公區的衞生清潔工作做的很到位，公共區域也保持的乾淨整潔。就是公區的大姐見到客人也是很主動的打招，真的讓寒冷的冬天感受到暖暖的關愛。真心推薦大家可以來體驗。
