臨近入住的時候接到電話，説我提前一個月預訂的房間被前台誤操作訂出去了，這種錯誤真的讓人難以想象。老闆詢問我同不同意更換房間，原本的巨幕沒有了，考慮到已經在去酒店的出租車上了，不同意可能面臨退款退房重新找房，拖着行李簡直受罪，我們不得不先同意下來。不過立刻聯繫了去哪兒網客服索賠，好在客服的溝通下，我們預訂的房間保住了，不過因此老闆也沒給啥好臉色。我想請問我預訂的時間早還是你們前台臨時工預訂給客人時間早？我提前一個月就訂了，要聯繫換房不該聯繫後來的人嗎？先來後到都不會？你們前台的錯誤還要我來承擔憑什麼？還有萬一給我換到隔壁不知道啥地方的酒店去，安全和售後如何保障？這些套路都是別的城玩剩下的了，這麼多年了還當顧客好忽悠就很可氣。還有就是衞生條件一般，我們進屋居然發現一張毛巾是濕的，掛在毛巾架上，這個打掃也太不仔細了。還有就是酒店在購物中心樓上，節假日樓下活動聲音巨大，文藝匯演啥的很吵，不耐噪音的前往謹慎預訂。當然話説回來，投影幕還是很不錯的，能夠投電影看，聲音和畫面都不錯。

位置還是很方便的，在萬達樓上，離懷遠夜市也不算遠，就是衞生間設施有些陳舊破破的，下水特別差，洗完澡幾乎就能淹到腳背。電腦配置還可以，玩遊戲不怎麼卡。反正也不貴，綜合來説還可以吧，但是同價位段選擇還有很多，看個人吧
