The environment of Jinfeng Hilton is very clean
There is a humidifier in the room, which is not necessary for southerners.
In addition to the comfortable environment, the service is also very considerate. It was Christmas day when we checked in, and we were given two Christmas apples. When I returned to the room after breakfast in the morning, I found that the housekeeper had tidied it up and wrote a small handwritten note to remind me.
There are both Western and Chinese breakfast options, and there are a lot of varieties.
I also used the gym this time and it was very clean.
Although it is off-season to visit Yinchuan in winter, the biggest advantage is that there are no crowds and you can enjoy many facilities.

The hotel has a good environment, convenient location, children from other places during the holiday, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is warm, the room manager Wang sent us afternoon tea on the day of check-in, the small cookie child likes to eat very much, asked the room manager to eat Ningxia's more distinctive snacks, She recommended Huaiyuan Night Market to us. CChitaodetutuziTo be honest, this is the second review. I booked it on another platform the night before and gave them a 5-star review. It is true that on the first day of my stay, I felt that life was good. The breakfast on the second day was not what I expected. There are many varieties, but the quality is average. The food that fell off the food table and the garbage on the ground were not cleaned for a long time. The senses are poor. Although the room told the front desk that the bedding would not be changed, when I came back from going out, I found that there was still small garbage on the floor from the previous day. Whatβs even funnier is that when we were out playing, it was almost 2pm, and we suddenly received a call from the hotel asking us to check out. I was stunned for a moment. Didnβt I already swipe my room card at the front desk after breakfast (to stay for an additional day and complete the procedures at the front desk) for the same day? I anxiously returned to the hotel and asked the front desk, saying they had made a mistake. Because I ordered it on another platform and he didn't see it. What's even weirder is that we are asked to pay the deposit again when we check out. That is to say, I have to pay the room twice for this night, and then he will refund me once. This logic makes me dizzy. This is really convenient for the hotel itself, leaving the trouble to the customers.
Letβs talk about the benefits of the hotel. The hotelβs location faces Yuehai Lake and has the Helan Mountains in the background. The room can see Yuehai Lake. It is a new four-star hotel under the sports-oriented Intercontinental. You can feel that the waiters want to do a good job, but there is a small mistake. The heart-warming drink at night was very healthy and delicious. There is nice gym laundry room. Guests can use it free of charge.

GG_MackDue to an emergency while we were visiting the area we needed to quickly find a hotel. Luckily this hotel was very close and had very reasonable rates. Check in was quick and easy (even for foreigners).
The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need or want in a hotel. Everything was clean and we had no complaints.
Breakfast is served at the usual time and consists mainly of Chinese food but it did also have western breakfast items such as toast, cereal, etc

They helped me choose a room and let me check in. They even gave me fruit in the room. I was very patient! I feel thoughtful. And the breakfast is goodπ

DDemusWhen I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

FFALtravelI had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution.
At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products.
You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious.
Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. Itβs worth it to try.

SSergiu SasVery good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

If you have a twin bed, you have to be able to tolerate being exposed. Especially the bathroom. Very inconvenient. There is not even a place to change clothes and hang clothes and towels.
