房間舒適乾淨，免費早餐較好，酒店位置適中，去周邊景區景點較近，環境不錯，空氣清新，附近大排檔價格合理。此行大家較滿意！

帶着小朋友入住，酒店位置比較偏僻，晚上11點多才到酒店，性價比很低，900多一晚（價格在清遠的景區不低）和客服協調換家庭房不同意。配的毛巾有血污，客服態度不好。慶幸的是早餐還行，品類不多至少有免費早餐。

不好，酒店沒什麼服務可言，房間很舊，牆各種裂縫窗簾很臟，毫無隔音可言，走廊上沒家教的孩子和沒素質的家長不停吵吵，房費900我就當扶貧了，整體上英德這個地方我都不會再去了，除了無花果和相間小路毫無可取之處

房間很小，過道很窄，廁所也很窄，衞生還可以，就是房間一股味道散不出去，409房説不出來的味道。酒店外面就是馬路，塞車的時候很難找到停車位，周邊飯店也一般
