Hotel is located across a lovely lake. Check in lunch and dinner all were smooth and the local food was delicious. The hotel itself is rather worn down, facilities have had their time and really need maintenance. Walls were crumbling, walls were stained, corridors were loud, machines in the gym were broken. Those that weren’t broken were a health hazard. However across from the hotel is a lovely amusement area where you could spend all day, with plenty to do at affordable prices. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, and the hot springs are worth a visit.

Wonderful summertime trip! I’m a foreigner who lives in Guangzhou, and I went up for the weekend to escape the heat by the lake. The property is designed so that you do not need to leave for a 2-day, 1-night stay (everything you need and want is in the property). There’s two great pools (but a swim cap is needed), a mini-amusement park attached, hot springs, and a tea field that you can go visit. I did it all. I highly recommend paying the 50RMB at the tea field to go picking and tea tasting, super unique experience. The room was comfy with good AC.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

Best view and service kids enjoy every much

This was probably the best hotel experience it was absolutely relaxing, breathtaking beautiful and peaceful! ALL the staff were super happy lovely and always there to assist! The hot springs was amazing, got offered tea all the time and they gave free fruit afterwards where you can sit and relax. Sad i only discovered this place now would have loved to have known about this hotel sooner.

If the weather is great this would be a wonderful destination with a family to get away. When it rains there is not much to do except go to the Hot spring. The Hot spring is amazing and beautiful. Breakfast was not great.

This is a hot spring resort-style hotel, and every room you stay in will include two hot spring bath tickets. The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, including a fitness room, a swimming pool, and a bathtub in the room. The view of the lake from the terrace is very beautiful and pleasant. In addition, the breakfast is very rich and has a wide variety of food. In addition, there are amusement parks and tourist attractions here, which are very suitable for a family vacation. 

It's very nice. It takes more than ten minutes by taxi🚕 from the high-speed rail. The place is clean and the waiter's attitude is very good👍🏻. There is Qi Entertainment next to it. The room has a beautiful view. You can relax a lot of stress here.

This is a very good leisure resort hot spring hotel, suitable for families, friends, couples, and employees to travel. There are dozens of different types of hot springs for soaking, and there are also various types of games for tourists to play. The Baojing Palace Cave is even more magnificent and rare to see. All the waiters are very friendly, have first-class attitude, and serve the guests wholeheartedly. Especially Sister Lu from the restaurant in the hot spring, who is an expert in cooking, gave us a delicious dinner. If you have time, you will definitely come again

The houseboat was booked for fishing, and it was worth it! The scenery was beautiful, and you could fish directly at the stern. It happened to be New Year's Eve and there was a fireworks show, and you could watch the sunrise in the morning. Finally, I highly praise the camp's service. There is an exclusive butler group, and you can ask the butler to drive you wherever you go. Our high-speed train was late, and the butlers Mao Yougu and Zeng Zijian also helped to delay check-out and communicate the fishing location. You can feel the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the butlers. I will continue to go to the houseboat next time!

The hotel environment is very good, surrounded by green mountains and clear water. The room is spacious and bright, and the decoration is elegant and comfortable. The hotel service is particularly commendable. The service staff responds quickly and all needs are met in time. Special mention should be made of the housekeeper Xiao Zeng, who is warm and polite, and the service is nice, making the whole journey more pleasant.

Thank you very much to the front desk manager Mao for helping to upgrade the room type and decorate the room for the birthday child. It was very considerate. The air was not very good when I went there, and it looked foggy, but the room was quite good, large, and the sanitary conditions were also very good. The view from the room was also good, much better than expected. Let's talk about the hot springs. The supply of towels was not enough, and I often had to look for clean towels everywhere with a wet towel, which was too cold. In the Baojing Palace Amusement Park, it is relatively rare to see children less than 90cm tall. An adult takes a small train with them, and they actually charge two tickets, 20 yuan per ticket. This is an experience I have never had before. You can feel it for yourself. The kart experience is good, and the driving feeling is strong. The worst experience is the Beijiang Chinese Restaurant in the hotel. The only low star is for the restaurant. We don't care about the dining environment and quality. As long as we can eat enough, it's fine. The whole family sat for an hour and a half, and urged five or six times, but no main course was served. The children were hungry and cried, and finally went to find food elsewhere with a stomach full of anger. It's really a shame in this winter.

We upgraded to a lake view room for free when we arrived at the hotel. The view was nice. The environment was also very good, it was this Chinese restaurant. The service of the waiters was very good, but the dishes cooked by the chef were not delicious. If you have a car, you should drive to Yingde City to eat.
