Nice hotel just like a staying in castle , Kids will like the place . There is a bid chocolate factory team park in front.

Nice & clean hotel; friendly & very helpful staff, hats off to their customer service; but this hotel is specially for kids because it’s inside the theme park and May be not suitable for couple or solo travelers. No more choices of food for vegetarian specially in breakfast and only one restaurant with limited choices! Bring your own car!

The hotel is great with a wonderful breakfast. Even thou the hotel told us the theme park open it was close when we got there. I would double check that the them park and restaurants are open before going here as there is not much else to do.

The exterior looks decent. However the hotel staff are quite unfriendly and mundane. There isn’t that extra effort or courtesy for the price. Their room service clearly states 24 hours, however by 11pm they said the chef went home. I will definitely be writing to their company about this false advertising. Secondly, the hotel didn’t keep AC running in the hallways or main areas. The food was overpriced and tasted horrible. It’s a definite pass to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel Located Near Chocolate Kingdom, but quite far away from the City Center. The rooms were excellent, clean and spacious. The hotel has all the amenities as expected from a Branded hotel. The food was good but not the best, although the breakfast was good.

We had a great time. Staff were very accommodating.

Facilities: I arrived at the hotel at 22:00, but the lobby didn't have air conditioning on. I upgraded to a lake view twin bed. Thanks to the staff. There was a water leak in the lobby. The decoration was Hilton quality. Everything else was hard to describe. Hygiene: Severe mold. There was a small animal in the room we stayed in. The father and his children sent him away. There was no sanitary bag for women in the bathroom. I was in a special stage, so I threw the waste directly into the trash can. I am very sorry for the cleaning staff. Service: C8F-1 service staff, the tone was extremely blunt. I checked out on the morning of 8.19 and asked the service staff for mineral water. The staff asked: How many bottles? I said: 4 bottles. The staff answered: Two bottles per room, only two bottles... This is a parent-child hotel. Such a reply is unacceptable. Environment: The lobby is filled with the inherent musty and damp smell of southern hotels. The lobby roof is leaking, and no one cleans the door. It is very dirty. Overall, it is absolutely not recommended

The worst Hilton I've ever stayed in... The receptionist at the door is just for show. When I went to park, my wife was holding the child and pulling the suitcase, but she didn't want to help me. The two receptionists were chatting by themselves. The children's playground is ridiculously small. The children didn't want to play after playing for a while and couldn't run away. Check-in was also ridiculously slow. It seemed that they had to go to the small room at the back to make the room card. People in several lines were waiting there with their eyes rolled, and then all kinds of queue-jumping began. Does xxx also need to queue? The most ridiculous thing is that there is no air conditioning in the corridor. You can enjoy the sauna as soon as you get out of the elevator and the room door. I am afraid of heat and I am inexplicably irritable. There is no underground parking lot in the parking area. The two small parking lots at the entrance of the hotel can't park a few cars at all. When I came back at night, the yard was full of cars, parked in a mess. As for whether you can find a parking space, it depends on your ability. If you come here for the Chocolate Kingdom, you don't have to. The damaged park charges admission, and the various projects are charged. At least it's open. There are not many things to do here except the Red Flag Tea Factory. It's better to stay in Yingxi Fenglin. There is no takeaway around. I went to the farm on the first day and had a 🐔. It was the most expensive meal in the past few days, but the taste was still good. I was too lazy to comment, but I received a text message inviting me to comment, so I'll just tell the truth. . .

When I booked the room, I did so because I saw that it was a five-star hotel. But actually, I was a little skeptical about whether it was really five-star, because I usually take my children out to five-star hotels, but this one looked better in the whole Qingyuan Yingde. Then there was no food in the restaurant at noon and at night, and I had to drive out to find food. There was no refrigerator or bathtub in the room. In fact, the bathtub is not important. It is really hard to accept that there is no refrigerator. The room has a balcony, but I dare not open it. There are many insects outside. But even if we did not open the balcony door, we killed 6 insects in the room. Through the balcony door, you can see that the balcony is very dirty, with spider webs and black dust in the corners. The desk in the room is very dirty, which is considered yellow marks. I have to wipe it again with a towel myself. The sheets are not clean. The room is very dark, and the mountain is also very gloomy. The whole person living there is very uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast is very unpalatable and very bad. It is a fake five-star. I think if it is a four-star, it should say that it is a four-star. There is no need to mark it as a five-star. Since it is marked as a five-star, it should meet the standards of a five-star. But none of them met the standards. The Chocolate Kingdom opposite is just like Shenzhen's OCT East, which is a desolate and run-down place. There is not even a street light in the parking lot at night. It is completely dark. The hotel has to pass through the parking lot to enter and exit, which is really inconvenient. There are not many security guards and property people in the whole park, and the safety factor is low.

I booked this place on my way back from Jiangxi. It's a very childlike place. The hotel is in the Chocolate Kingdom, built on the mountain. The rooms are also very good, the breakfast is rich, and there are charging stations... Because of the tight schedule, I only stayed for one day. I plan to take a few days to come here next time...

The design of the hotel is very good. There is a fireworks show on Saturday night. The air is fresh and the natural environment is good. The breakfast needs to be improved. I like the interior decoration design very much!
