大堂前台一個短頭髮的女的，洗浴服務人員一個瘦骨嶙峋的前台，服務態度太差了！我們從外地來營口旅遊，房間是包含洗浴的，洗完出來，被洗浴中心門口攔住，説不付費你們就想離開，我北京人，能差這幾個錢麼？況且我房間是包含住宿的，停車的時候，連個保安都沒有人管理，也沒人引導，問前台，短頭髮女的衹會瞪眼，説不知道，如此服務態度之惡劣，真讓人大跌眼鏡，我衹能希望酒店管理人員能夠關注一下服務人員的態度和基本素養！本身就是服務行業，服務不好，衹能面臨倒閉！
