看酒店🏨還不錯，就預訂了這家。大體上還是不錯的，後面發現房間牀頭櫃插座沒有電，打電話給前台，叫了服務員和電工來檢修，也一時半活修不好，讓我用別的位置插座，我覺得很麻煩，就聯繫了前台，前台小余説可以幫我換房，小余就立馬上來房間幫我拎袋子去新房間並且把房卡一併給我。其他還不錯。

感覺這家酒店很有特色，環境整潔。出入方便，市中心地帶。房間佈局很好，優雅又不失情調， 這邊停車也挺方便的，出去掃個碼就好了工作人員也都很熱情，前台小陳的服務周到效率高.真的很不錯！全程很有耐心，讓人感覺到很舒服！也會問我們需求給我們推薦周邊有趣的地方，她看我行李多，還貼心的幫我找來了行李車，那個行李車不知道為什麼不太好推 ，很卡頓。也還是小陳幫我一起推上去的。總的來説這家店還是非常不錯滴，服務也不錯，總體來説我都覺得很滿意！來鷹潭玩的話，個人還是很推薦這家酒店噠

我們是來鷹潭方特來玩的玩的，天氣也挺熱的這幾天，到大堂辦入住很快，而且在等待的過程中前台叫小艷的小姐姐還拿幾杯水給我們喝，還貼心的提醒我們有其他茶水可以喝，服務態度很好，點贊，房間寬敞明亮，對了，前台小姐姐還給我們安排的高樓層，外面風景很好看，尤其這種大晴天，心情都變好了，房間也很乾凈，點了外賣，發現很久了還沒送上來，然後就打電話問外賣小哥，外賣員説前台不讓送，剛開始機器人又不在，我打電話到前台，前台小姐姐解釋説外賣員不想送，説了可以給他刷電梯的，但還説她們不讓送，可惡的外賣員，明明可以送上來，還不送。還好又是前台小艷小姐姐特別關注了我的外賣，怕我着急吃還幫忙送上來了。非常感謝前台小姐姐，好細心啊，入住體驗很棒，下次來玩還住這個酒店!
