位置很好，周邊有義烏江和綠道公園，小區是金茂府，物業負責服務熱情。周邊有著名的東傅宅網紅基地還有下朱莊網紅基地，也很方便。開車距離小商品城跟近，也非常便利。缺點就是周邊沒有早餐，衹能選擇外賣了。
