電視機都是壞的，房間很小很小，凳子衹有一個，兩個人坐着吃飯都不方便，建議還是去如家或者華住會那種連鎖的比較好，這種私人賓館無論設施還是衞生都太差了

服務很熱情 就在輕軌凌雲站邊上 交通也方便 大床房比標間小一點 但通風挺好 家居是智能的 可以語音控制窗簾電視空調等，早餐也很豐富，基礎的雞蛋玉米粥品等，還有現煮的麪條米線，總的來説性價比很高
