機緣巧合,選了宜興西岸凰川,真是有幸。酒店周邊環境。有山有水有竹子,非常養眼。酒店內,乾淨典雅,斯坦威鋼琴並不衹是個擺設。鋼琴曲會陪伴着整個度假期間。更有幸的是服務員小女生們都非常敬業,無論是前台的小郭,還是用餐時幫助推薦菜品的小妹妹(不好意思,忘記問你的名字了),都温文爾雅,給出了專業的建議。下次一定會再來宜興這個美麗的地方,也會再來西岸凰川,這個温暖的酒店。

致凰川酒店業主*女士: 很遺憾、萬般無奈在我入住兩次凰川后,今天竟然會通過這樣的方式來和您交流…此次6月底我再次入住凰川酒店,在我入住期間多次發生酒店工作人員在我已經打開房間免打擾燈、囑咐保潔阿姨不用開夜床、未經我同意的情況下擅自進入我的客房,甚至在我已向前台客房管家***(coco)小姐投訴後,仍然還有酒店工作人員未經我同意擅自進入我的客房,導致我整個入住期間感到非常沒有安全感!酒店前台管家coco告訴我:客房有個bug人離開房間15分鐘房間就會斷電,門燈就不亮了,所以我開了請勿打擾離開房間後過十五分鐘就滅掉了,目前衹能是最遠的方法,人工幫忙做請勿打擾處理,如果人在房間燈會常亮,就不受影響…但coco的所謂最遠方法人工幫我做請勿打擾處理,衹是停留在流程上、停留在文字上,完全沒有實際落實到位,這也直接導致酒店工作人員在我入住期間能多次擅自進入我客房!屢次發生此等事件我第一時間及時聯繫了管家coco,沒想到作為萬達集團培養出來的酒店管家coco竟然第一時間就是推卸責任給其它部門,她忘記首先要自省自己部門工作中的不足之處、自查自糾,在與coco的溝通中她讓我客人深刻感受到你司酒店各部門沒有團隊合作的默契、沒有榮辱與共的責任心和大局觀!在瞭解coco遇事是如此態度處理後,我認為必須要將酒店工作人員未經我同意屢次擅自進入我客房這情況同步投訴給前台管家,當晚我就直接到酒店前台向當班*小姐反饋了我本人入住期間感到沒有安全感、私隱得不到保障等不愉快的入住感受!後來在交流中客房部***經理告訴我,類似我遇到的這情況之前已經有其他客人向酒店反應過了,請勿打擾的掛牌要下個月才能做好,我聽完*先生的解釋非常驚訝、完全不能接受和理解,既然之前早有客人反應過此類問題,但時至今日酒店有效補救措施竟然至今還沒落實到位! coco的領導*經理上班後接手了此次客訴工作,餐飲部***總監、客房部*經理、我和*經理四人進行了溝通,也因此次事件讓我有幸核實到了另一件管家coco在我第一次入住時膽大包天、滿口謊言的事實真相,我在第一次未入住凰川酒店前,coco在我詳細詢問酒店管家服務過程中,表現出了極不耐煩的態度,甚至在電話溝通中謊稱以酒店管理層共同的決定為由讓我將攜程的房券退了,酒店無法為我提供服務(我有電話錄音)*經理聽後告訴我若不是我説他根本都不知道coco和我説過這樣的話,並明確回覆我他從來沒有給coco下達過讓我退房券的工作指令,我聽完當即問*經理那coco哪來的膽量敢冒充酒店管理層和客人説這種損害酒店和客户利益的話,*經理説coco當時和他彙報衹是順口帶過(根本沒有告訴他讓我退房券的事情),他今天才知道完整的事情經過…coco冒充管理層讓我到攜程退房券、不要來凰川入住的事情,**和Dora在我第一次入住離開時就知道,當時coco也在。在我兩次入住凰川酒店的整個過程中,作為客人我給予了酒店最大的尊重、包容和信任,從來不曾哪怕入住期間我遇到了各種各樣的不愉快的入住體驗,都沒有為難過酒店方任何位工作人員。在第一次四人交流結束後我給予給*經理充分的時間去了解核實、報備,但我對酒店方的尊重和寬容,並沒有換來酒店方給予我的應有的尊重和重視,甚至離譜到:1、在我給保潔阿姨騰客房做衞生,*經理事先都不聯繫我,就守在電梯附近截住我要交流,打破了我的正常度假安排,我先生不得不獨自去西餐廳等我很久,導致我們很晚才用餐,我從會議室出來收到了餐飲部**、小*、Dora等人很多催問我用餐安排的微信。*經理在核實瞭解後回覆我,我反饋給他的全部情況都是屬實的,並告訴之前我估計coco不會在他向其核實情況的第一時間承認錯誤的預判是正確的,*經理説coco是後來他給其壓力後才像擠牙膏似説出來的,最後*經理鋪墊了好久也沒拿出完整的解決方案,他告訴我就提供一張房券,我當即就告訴他不需要這一張房券,用起來對我是負擔、不用又是浪費,這種處理方式與我的消費習慣不符,然後他説再去彙報請示,這時候天已黑了我們的用餐安排也被全部打亂;2、在我退房當天*經理約我早晨後再溝通,我已提前微信提醒他會影響我退房時間,我以為婉轉的提醒*經理他應該會明白客人的意思:天雨路滑想早點退房,趁天沒黑能見度好時能開車回滬安全些,結果事與願違…*經理又是鋪墊很多最終告訴我:因為我每次在餐廳用餐都是及時結賬的、我的房券也已在攜程消券,故酒店領導覺得和攜程協商操作會比較麻煩,所以就衹能給我未來再入住升房型等的解決方案,我聽後覺得非常LOW,作為酒店領導層給出來的解決方案竟然沒有一次是完整、體面且有擔當的!為了不再無效溝通我不願意再繼續耗費時間,想盡早離開回滬,*經理又一拖再拖讓我給他幾分鐘請示領導,請示完*經理告訴我他領導全權授權他來處理,但這樣他反而心裏沒底慌了,怕自己拿捏不好分寸領導會不開心…交流到最後*經理自認為已經溝通好了就去做相關操作,我微信告訴*經理我準備離店了,當我到前台辦理退房、退按金手續時,*經理來前台和我説要求我在攜程給酒店5星好評,我明確告訴*經理5星評分不是我打的,這是攜程系統自動核定的,我衹會實事求是評價,他説那不行要麼讓我就不要在攜程上做點評了,我説你這樣的無理要求就是在強迫客人,你在和我交流那麼多次、那麼長時間從來沒有提成過這種要求,現在我要離店了你竟然代表酒店方向我提出這樣無理、過分的要求我做不到、我是有誠信的客人,我不會為任何利益出賣自己的誠信,為人處事誠信是最重要的,這是我做人的底線!我明確告訴*經理你的所作所為極大影響了我整個度假安排、浪費了我寶貴的度假時間,現在的結果就是之前的全部溝通都是無效溝通,我自認倒黴!但*經理還是不依不饒的跟着我,我很生氣的告訴他:你不要再跟着我了,我先生已經非常生氣了,天雨路滑我們要開車回去,沒時間和你耗…(大堂有監控)3、我原本以為我就能順利回滬了,結果車開到宜興收費處**微信説讓我回去再和她正式道個別(剛剛離開沒有看到她)當我折返回到酒店下車後就看到**身後站着*經理,瞬間我就全明白了…**告訴我領導給她打電話、給她施壓讓她協助*經理一起處理,她也沒辦法讓我體諒她的難處,那一刻我感覺自己被欺騙了,委屈感一擁而上我難受得哭了(酒店門口有監控的)**和Dora也哭了,Dora説她開不了這口讓我再折回來…我是氣憤的、委屈的,但為不想**為難我最終又被*經理拖延在酒店浪費了一個多小時,*經理請示彙報領導後最後自欺欺人的結果是:可以按我的想法在攜程點評,但還是要給5星好評!我聽後氣憤至極、再次果決明確的告訴*經理:不可能,我後續會怎樣做之前離開酒店前,在前台我已經明明白白告訴你了!那麼晚酒店領導給**施壓、讓其“刷臉”騙我折返回酒店,我告訴**天雨路滑我現在開車回滬都要凌晨了!4、我以為我離開酒店回滬就消停了,沒想的*經理這幾天一直在騷擾我不斷通過微信聯繫我、7月3日**也微信聯繫我,她告訴我關於此次客訴她躲不開的,讓我再聽聽酒店的解決方案…無奈之下我給了酒店方某位*先生的溝通的機會,令我完全看不懂、不可思議的事又發生了:因為我入住兩次都不曾認識過這個*先生,他加我微信後為避免像之前*經理這樣出現無效溝通,我要求*先生首先正式自我介紹一下在酒店的職務和職權授權範圍,結果這個*先生在整個微信文字溝通中,自始至終就是不願意配合做正式的自我介紹,故因無法清楚確認該*先生在酒店的確切身份、不願意再浪費時間無效溝通,我禮貌告知後拒絕再與他微信溝通並刪除了其微信!我與酒店方*經理、*先生等人的微信交流內容均已同步轉發給酒店前台管家。 我第二次入住其實是來看餐飲部**、Dora和小*的,第一次入住期間餐飲部是唯一給我留下極好影響的部門,哪怕菜品質量不好我也從來沒有在其它平台給過差評(大眾點評我給了5星好評)我第二次在攜程購買房券也是在**她們送我時,才決定下單的,第二次入住預約時間,也是**幫助協調預訂的,第三次凰川的房券我是在酒店*年慶時再次在攜程囤了好幾張…我是這樣支持凰川成長的客人,但在入住前和入住時竟然會遇到酒店方這樣不堪的禮遇!*女士您是該酒店的投資人、同時也是位消費者,將心比心、換位思考,您能接受酒店方這樣的服務嗎?! 另外,*女士考慮再三我還是決定要將件對酒店非常重要且不利的事情告訴您,為避免有人做手腳的同時、也是為了顧及我自己的人身安全,我現在手上的真憑實據不便於發佈在攜程平台,如您需要了解可以聯繫我,我相信當您瞭解情況後肯定會非常吃驚!因為這是件非常影響酒店聲譽的事件! 我給您寫這封信的目的首先是因為沒有您的聯繫方式,衹能被動通過攜程平台,希望您有機會能看到;二來是希望您瞭解核實此次客訴後,能監督酒店工作人員做到基本的職業操守,讓以後入住凰川酒店的客人能有更好的入住體驗;第三此次入住期間在酒店發生的這一系列事件,我要求酒店方給我書面的情況説明和書面致歉!我和酒店方與此事各相關工作人員及前台管家的微信記錄我均有保存、我與*經理的多次溝通,我均有完整錄音,請您知曉!

一家讓我對國牌酒店有了嶄新認識的酒店,硬件環境沒得説,在裏面待一天哪兒都不用去是我對度假酒店的首要需求,騎車步行都可以,值得稱道的是走累了可以讓電瓶車來接回,車子響應速度超快,師傅的態度也非常好,讓我更有感觸的是前台小郭,在我們離店後還主動聯繫説要把小朋友的伴手禮送過來,這樣的服務我在以服務著稱的三家扇子酒店都沒有體會到,所以一定要給個好評,略有遺憾的是少了個室內泳池,希望能有機會二刷!

酒店在山中,環境很好,酒店很大,可以騎自行車也可以通知管家叫車接。 吹爆酒店的服務,服務人員都很好,退房的時候前台辦退房的小姐姐會主動幫忙送行李到車上,餐廳的廚師和服務人員很熱情,早飯,自助餐等吃出了米其林的服務甚至要更好。 剛開的酒店,沒有甲醛味,所有設施都很新。
