服務：工作人員都很熱情。預訂的朝南房間，幫忙升級了朝南陽台房間。房間空間大，小陽台外的風景很好。登記完還有工作人員帶路到房間內。早餐品類一般，勝在味道不錯。還贈送了温泉門票。比較遺憾的事游泳館和影廳在裝修升級沒體驗到。7月很熱，房間提前開好了空調，進屋就很涼爽。還贈送了酸奶。
設施：室內陳設比較中規中矩，具有一定時間年限了。房間內有些許潮濕。
環境：很棒，是遠離塵囂度假的好去處。夜間也涼爽，眼到之處皆是綠色，讓人心情愉悦。距離竹海景區步行10分鐘就到了。為了錯峯，選擇了4點去遊玩，景區內人少風景也特棒也不熱，山間還有涼風拂面。推薦遊玩的朋友可以參考。

酒店地理位置不錯，在大竹海附近，景色很美，酒店服務人員態度很好，需要的物品隨時隨地都可以送到，酒店房間設施中規中矩，前台給我們升級了朝南的房間。晚上有酸奶，離店送了烏米飯。酒店早餐品種不是很多，但是及時補充，沒有來的人員，可以打包，這點很好。酒店一樓的中餐廳非常好，味道不錯，價格適中。還有機會會再次入住。
