開房服務很差，毫無星級酒店體驗感，前台員工服務不耐煩，酒店設施設備陳舊，加裝的智能馬桶蓋壞的，亮“漏電”燈。攜程訂房前台還需另收200元每間房按金。攜程用積分兑換的水果服務沒有兑現，早上退房的時候告訴前台，員工查一下系統就説忘記了，然後就接待其他人了，完全不理人了。
