Hotel is close by Mang Shan National park. Very convenient location to visit this famous National Park. This hotel is very well maintained with good amenities and staff are friendly and supportive. The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set. This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience

It opens at 9 am, and it's better if there are not many people. It lives up to its reputation! Comfortable! The service is also very good! Next time I come, I will stay at Mangshan Hot Spring again!

The room was clean and tidy, but the equipment was too old. The electrical switches in the room were out of order, and many lights were on and off. There was a large construction site opposite the room, which was under construction very early and late, affecting my rest. I hope the hotel can coordinate the working hours with the construction site.

The hotel at the foot of the mountain is relatively high-end. The room is very neat, big and clean. However, the only drawback is that there is a slight smell of cigarettes. It would be perfect if the air could be purified. The lady at the front desk is patient. If you pass by, you can consider staying again.

There were many projects, many classics. The leisure area was also large and there were many entertainment projects. It was suitable for family trips or team building. The price was much more affordable on weekdays. You can go to nearby restaurants for dinner, but the price will be a little more expensive. The room includes breakfast. The soup noodles for breakfast are okay, but the others are just so-so. Guangdong people are picky about food😅

The room is old, the carpet is dirty, the only good thing is that the swimming pool faces the mountain. But there are a lot of bugs. Maybe the forest is like this. The main room is not worthy of a 5-star hotel, and it is not as clean and tidy as Vienna.

Unlimited hot spring for two: There is no surprise in the hot spring, nor is it very special. The fruits provided free of charge are cucumber, apple, pear, and orange. And the people who cut them don't wear gloves, just use their hands directly. Service: When I asked for hangers, they said there were none, and they gave them away. Such a big hotel, on holidays, did not take measures to deal with it. Laundry service is charged, and there is no dryer. It only says that there is a dehydrator in the hot spring area, but it is still a gap from complete drying. There is no drying rack provided, not even ordinary hangers. Yao ethnic costume experience: The front desk did not take the initiative to introduce it, and said it was in the hot spring area when asked. But when booking a room, the introduction stated that it was collected at the hotel front desk. In general, it is very disappointing, more than 900 yuan a night, not worth it.
