有圖有真相 460多一晚的房間
圖1 床上有蟲子
圖2-3 窗簾下存在羣面積的蟲子
圖4 空調最低温度打了半個小時 房間內温度仍然保持着28-29度的高温
前台服務人員也沒有及時給出積極且有效的協調解決辦法，最後還不得不以房客的身份提出訴求
