The location is very close to the Malioboro area. The receptionist and security are also very friendly. I stayed for 2 nights. With the facilities and comfort that I got, it was worth it for the price I paid via trip.com

Please note that there is no hair dryer provided. Amenities are quite worn out especially the towels. But overall its is ok as a guest house. If possible, try to leave a note to tell them that you don't want a room on the ground floor. It is absolutely noisy and you will hear plates clanging even in the middle of the night. TV has many channels so it is ok. Staff are nice but no early check in. They will help to store your luggage.
