We took a superior room with a shower based on the photos and opinions of other users. When we arrived at the hotel, they charged us at the entrance for the 3 nights we had planned to stay and when we got to the room we saw that it smelled of humidity that couldn't even be there and the furniture was covered in dust. This is a room that hasn't been used in so long that they haven't even bothered to clean it. We canceled the reservation to go to another hotel even though we lost the money for the first night, but we still have not managed to recover the amount of the following nights, and we booked it through booking

Just arrived to awful reception staff. No welcome. Rude. Torn sheets now getting changed. No towels. Dirty pool. Avoid this disgusting place and rude staff. You wont let me post unless i wrote 200 words? Ok.... DIRTY, AWFUL, TERRIBLE, AVOID THIS DUMP
