Four Points Flex by Sheraton Properties in Yokohama

The hotel is new, but it has too many issues. I stayed for two nights, and the biggest problem was the complete lack of housekeeping! Photos 1-4 were taken after check-in on the first day. Photos 5-8, taken upon my return on the second day, show that the room was in the exact same state as when I left in the morning. The bath mat and towels used on the first day were also not replaced. I had to go to the front desk on the 2nd floor myself to ask staff for new ones. There was fallen hair all over the room and bathroom; I simply had to turn a blind eye. The small trash can in the toilet was overflowing and was never emptied. The worst part was the hair in the bathtub, which, if not cleaned promptly, would cause drainage issues. Honestly, if you have any standards of cleanliness, I strongly advise against booking this hotel.
