I saw a lot of staff wiping the windows, so it seemed clean. The lobby was stylish and fashionable. However, there were not many chairs. I had a good impression of all the staff. The windows in the rooms were large and open, and the bathroom was spacious and surrounded by clear glass, giving it a sophisticated feel. The amenities provided had a unique scent that made me feel like I was in a foreign country. There was also a sofa and ottoman, so it felt luxurious and comfortable. However, at breakfast, we were guided to the area for families with small children, who were running around and were noisy, so it was uncomfortable. My child is in his second year of junior high school and we were paying the adult rate, so it was unpleasant. Junior high school students don't run around and aren't noisy. I wanted to enjoy breakfast at my own pace, so it's a shame.

房間很不錯，但酒店附近位置比較偏僻，晚上11點後附近沒有營業的商店了。

酒店很乾淨很新，附近都近商場行過去大概15分鐘 因為大小朋友最開心嘅係隔離有麵包超人工場 可以很方便咁過去

新開的酒店，位置很棒，房間也很贊，服務非常的好，我們到了酒店，給了免費的看橫濱花火的位置，周邊就是麪包超人博物館，離sogo也很近，出行很方便，值得推薦

ホテルの方々の感じも良く、綺麗で素敵なホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。

在橫濱新區的酒店，房間大非常乾淨，從房間向外看風景也不錯，早晨沿着酒店周邊散步也很舒服，早餐非常豐富
