I feel that some of the staff did not welcome non-Japanese. I can almost feel the coldness when u talk to them in English. The lifeguards from the swimming pool are cold and not friendly, so as the bell captain and some restaurant waitress. The room is spacious and looks clean. But it smells damp and mouldy, probably coming from carpet/ wooden furniture. I also got bug bites when I’m in room. There’s no gym or public bath in this hotel. There’s nothing to do at night if you don’t have a rental car to go out. The dinner in this hotel is expensive but tastes mediocre. Only plus side is the large swimming pool and beautiful beach view.

Excellent location and sea view. The beach is beautify and the water is so clear. Worth to stay for a few more days next time.

Love this hotel! We’ll definitely come back. They changed our sheets everyday and cleaned our room. No need for special requests for cleaning unless you put the don’t disturb sign. Lots of restaurants & food choices. Grocery and souvenir shop in house. The grounds & the buildings are well maintained too.

Just the perfect place for a long Holiday or to escape from City. A lot activities to do and great variety of meals, both western and Japanese.

Hotel is good, but English there so poor, so hard to communicate and everything by scheduled time (wanna sail a boat - only at this time, swim this time and many things by concrete time). It’s Insane, I come for rest and want to relax and manage my time as I want, but there it’s impossible. And about punctuality: it’s fake, bus late and instead of spendiy1hour 30min on the way to the hotel it was riding for 2hours and 30minutes, it was too slow, nobody said sorry or apologised for this. Service is so so. Long queues for check in and too slow. Hotel has no own transfer to or from the airport!

I originally planned to stay for two nights, but ended up staying for four. The hotel is comfortable and has good service. The hotel's four restaurants, including Okinawa cuisine, teppanyaki, Western cuisine and buffet, all have good food. There are also many water activities, such as glass boats to watch fish, kayaks, etc. In addition to the beach, you can also go to the nearby shared Grand Mercure Hotel's swimming pool and Zanpa Beach, which is very suitable for taking your kids to stay for a few days!

A long-established Japanese-style hotel with fairly well-maintained facilities and a beautiful environment that makes people relax and feel like they are on vacation. You must wear plastic shoes at the sea stalls. There is coarse sand on the beach, so you must wear plastic shoes. However, there is a lack of entertainment facilities, not even slides, and there are no activities for children. This is really a bit disappointing. If the price is slightly cheaper, I will consider staying here again.

The best, best and most expensive hotel I have stayed in these days. There are many high-end restaurants and good equipment. The service staff are very attentive. There are swimming pools both inside and outside. There is also a beach for swimming and splashing. The rooms are new.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. A rich breakfast is provided every day. Both Western and Japanese are delicious. The hotel environment is beautiful and relaxing. A hotel with beautiful architecture. We stayed for two nights. The beach is beautiful. We rented a car in Naha City and returned it at the hotel counter. It was very convenient. We experienced the painting activity. You must try the pineapple cream for breakfast. We made a reservation for dinner. The Wagyu hot pot set menu at the hotel's Japanese restaurant "Sawa" is very delicious. The price per person is 13,000 yen. On the return trip, take the Limousine bus back to the airport in front of the hotel.

The scenery is great and the service is very good, but the transportation is a bit inconvenient. There are only two buses back to the city, and they are a bit rushed in the morning.

The hotel is located on the beach in Yomitan Village. It has a private beach. There is also a water sports center (Marine House) on the beach where you can rent activity facilities. However, for some reason, the Aqua Bicycle was suspended for three consecutive days and others can be borrowed. There are three restaurants for the buffet breakfast. The choices are very rich and satisfactory. The parking lot is also large and there are enough parking spaces. The room is older and the toilet has a bit of a smell.
